We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We liked the proximity to everything in Pretoria. We also liked the view from this unit, and the sunsets were exquisite.

South AfricaIt was not that I did not like it, but some minor maintenance issues needed to be addressed: globes needed to be replaced, cupboard hinges were not working, and the shower door's rubbers were not functioning, leaving the bathroom flooded. I suggest perhaps considering putting frosting film on the bathroom doors for some privacy.
I loved the location and making contact with the Hostess; she was really very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to check in and have access to the WIFI.

AustraliaThe apartment's location on the ground floor was right next to the entrance of the building, therefore there was a lot of noise that could be heard from people entering and exiting the building and all hours. Could also hear the security guard outside talking.

South Africa1. Checkin process is not proficient. You get 2 ppl sitting at reception but only 1 is able to actual check ppl in. Tedious. Long Que to check-in. The 2nd lady get rude when you ask why cant she check some guests in so long. 2. The explaination and map to get to actual parking is very confusing.No potter to help off load my luggage prior to driving to the far parking. Had to carry my own heavy luggage up and down with 2 trips. 3. You could off atleast 1 bottle of water in the room. 4. You could also offer disposable Shower caps.
