The hotel's entertainment facilities are not enough. It is recommended to build a small swimming pool and playground and add all the facilities.

The villa I live in is considered new and big enough with good facilities.

Swimming pool not cleaned thoroughly. Cleanliness to be improved a little especially in the hidden areas like under the beds and bathroom windows.

Because I had a big family and we had occupied 2 villas that were far apart it was hard to communicate due to network signal so if there was an option to rent walkie-talkies it could have made communication easier.

Renette was welcoming and the staff were great, particularly enjoyed the game drive with Aubrey the ranger. He made sure the experience was very pleasant and thrilling when we were looking for some of the big five animals. It was quiet, peaceful and nice seeing some of the animals when we were driving around. Enjoyed the view as well it was worth it.

Firstly when we got there we were not allocated the house we have booked. We were supposed to get a private pool house only to be put in a house without a pool. We got moved the next day in the afternoon after throwing a tantrum. Secondly,there was electricity issues the minute we got there...70% of the time we have been there there was no electricity.Also no one came to explain what's the challenge and we had to drive to a different establishment which had a generator only to hear that this happens all the time. As ladies we really felt unsafe as the lights were on and off. Which also made our stay very uncomfortable as we struggled to make food at some point. Thirdly, on planning the trip we enquired on which activities they had there only to be told when we get there that most of the activities were done off premises which was really annoying and we ended up not doing anything Fourthly, the club house and reception are very far from the houses. They should invest in gold cars to move around the establishment as no one wants to be driving around when on holiday.

Some doors 🚪 and the TV 📺 as well as WiFi not working. No means of transport provided while the restaurant is far from where the accommodation is. Twin beds 🛌 rooms while the request was one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom. There were 7 frogs 🐸 in the room.

The worst Christmas ever , the rooms were not as what was advertised on booking.com We booked 4 villas and requested to be close to each other We had to travel up and down On Christmas day, we struggled to prepare breakfast, there was no electricity. Apparently, the prepaid electricity was not purchased. We had to move our stuff to the other house. It took the manager almost 4 hours to recharge the electricity. The same incident happened on the 26 Everything was just a mess

Renette was an absolute Gem, who went a mile to make sure we’re comfortable. We were booked from Friday to Sunday. She sent me the load-shedding schedule and it was accurate, although our biggest disappointment came on Saturday when we experienced a power cut from 19:39 until we left checked out on Sunday. What was sad was that we were there to enjoy my mothers 50th birthday. The moment there is a power cut, there is no cellphone reception which made things extra difference . Although there is a back up generator, we couldn’t finish cooking. Lastly, We were a family of 10 adults, and cooking was quite an issue because we didn’t have enough big pots. Besides these above mentioned points, everything was good.

It was home away from home. Its got modern furniture and each room gives us the guest a sense of privacy. Its a beautiful home. We also enjoyed our game drive, Aubrey is an amazing ranger.

On arrival they told us to be careful about the monkeys, fortunately we didn't even see one we where lucky.

Where to start, I liked everything it worth the money we paid. The rooms, our private swimming pool, the game drive and massage was perfect.

We have booked at Entabeni Manor Lodge and specifically booked and paid for a unit with a pool. After I booked I was informed a unit with a pool is no longer available I then queried this and was informed that the unit is now available. But after we checked in electricity went off in the evening and we were told to move to another unit without a pool until electricity issue is sorted. I was told electricity is on prepaid basis. The electrician indicated issue was electricity not paid, the Estate manager insisted electricity paid. I tried to call Legends Lodges head office and there was no one to resolve this issue until we checked out. This just felt like some profiling of some sort. It’s either they are not organised or selective about guests who can access units with pools.
