This is a great apartment. 1st floor with a working lift. Very clean and spacious with 3 brms and two bathrooms. Short walk to the beach and just down the road from a water park. Emmie was great to deal with and gave us great info and advice on what was available in the immediate area. Two shopping centres within a few mins walk/drive and a few restaurants but we didn't try them out as we bought groceries and cooked in the apartment. Over all great value and a great place to stay. Loved listening to the waves crashing while I enjoyed my morning coffee and watching the local rooster wander by crowing. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows had substance! Overall a great apartment and excellent value for money. Will happily stay there again.

The unit smells like someone normally lives there, it doesn't stink though, just doesn't have a welcoming fresh smell. Add one of this automatic spray cans that keeps the property smelling fresh.

The host was very friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The master bedroom was great but the other two bedrooms neither had a fan nor air conditioning so my teenage/young adult kids complained of heat so bad, my one son opted to sleep on the leather sofa in the lounge! The fabric sofa looks like it needs a new skin!

Location was excellent, with all the things that matter being within walking distance (beach, shops, eating places)! There was a sea view too! Emmie who manages the property was super warm and helpful!

would have been useful to have been informed beforehand that we needed to bring our own detergents, sponge, toilet paper, salt and pepper, tea coffee, bn bags etc. light in the bathroom was faulty, extractor had a loud grinding noise, kitchen utensils were grimy couch had stains and had a bad smell would have been good to have an extra set of keys seeing that we were 3 sets of adults, and keys were needed to access all spaces of the complex location of complex is a bit dodgy, we didn't feel safe walking around the streets or getting to the beach

One Toti resident nearly hit my car on a stop and go road around the area and then showed me his middle finger.....not sure what l did wrong.😢

The sleeper couch can't sleep 2 adults and we were all fully figured ladies... So basically the flat has 3 bedrooms which means they should say it's a 6 sleeper not 8 So 1 member ended up sleeping at a relatives house nearby, which wasn't fair cos she paid. The area is not safe, there are too much tsotsis so we were scared to go out.

Apartment was not ready for check-in as the agreed time. Lots of cockroachs. No mention of a R1000 deposit on Booking.com.

I didn't like the mere fact that we had to stay at the gate to wait for someone to open the gate for us the place on its own is not the same as in pictures I am very disappointed the furniture is abit old the place did not meet my expectations at all

The Place in total Pleasurable. Was a bit disappointed with the self catering equipment, There was not many pots and pans to cook with. But all in all it was not bad.

The fact that there was Air-conditioning was a great plus. the free WI-FI great.

All the rooms were clean n comfortable. Emmie Barnard is so friendly n sweet. What a beautiful view of the ocean. The place is so close to the centre and activities.

I said 2pm and at 2pm on the dot Emmie was on the property ready to welcome us. Everything worked, the first night was raining and cold, the air conditioning worked in every room. The wifi had a strong connection. The place was spotless, Emmie was quick to respond to all my questions before and during my stay.

Everything was on point....the apartment was very very clean,we had Everything that we wanted to use,the beds were comfortable as well as the couch,the apartment is big enough to move around.we really have enjoyed our stay,and the host wsa so friendly and letting us know if des gna b loads heading.
