I fee the backpackers should consider offering winter rates and also guve their guests who wish to book per week or for 7 days or more a weekly redcued rate in paid upfront. Most of the boutique backpackers offer this and I feel it would assist in client retention.

Road in front of property can be a bit noisy with traffic during the daytime.

There is nothing I would say I did not like at this place.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The place is exceptionally clean. It has a great home-feel. The kitchen is equipped for cooking if needed. It's in a safe location with bars and restaurants nearby. Uber/Bolt was always arriving within a few minutes. Great place overall. It has a little bar at the back, perfect for a drink and small conversation. Recommend staying.

-It gets a hot especially in the room when the door is closed 🥵 but I managed to get a fan. -There’s no Air Conditioner -An employee who arrived on Monday morning helped herself to my milk whilst making a hot beverage and I was standing right by the Fridge. I thought as an employee the least she’d do is to ask first before helping herself to guests supplies. This was a big No-No for me. -Noisy location with all the surrounding restaurants and I had to use ear plugs as I could hear the noise from my room but this noise s not the fault of the Establishment. -This last point doesn’t take away from the positive experience that I had. I stayed there to assess if I could stay there more long term but the noise factor at night (as I’m a light sleeper) & with my claustrophobic personality I would not be able to stay longer than a weekend as I sleep with my bedroom door open and the heat from the closed room would negatively affect me 😀
