Being woken up early by the cleaning team daily was not necessary when on vacation. Cleaning should be after 10:00am

Reception and maintenance team highly friendly and helpful. Place is good for kids- indoor heated pool and play ground

The entrance gate, welcome board, street, play ground equipment were poor and need to be renovated. The sonar was warm not hot.

The network in the area was very poor but besides that my family & I had a wonderful time at the resort.

The place was beautiful. It also had a place for kids to play. My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool mostly.

If you can improve your parking area next to the rooms, paving maybe.

Nice and quite with a heated pool . Animals were a cherry on top because I didn't expect to see them.

There was no food you didn't mention that it self catering so I was not happy about that

I took my child and my sisters child. We waited for water get warm from 5pm. It was mild cold untill 9h30pm. Kids forced to swim because we promised them heated pool and was not. They have been experiencing a runny nose and mild cold since then due to that water. Our fridge had lights but it was not working.that was the worst experience 😪

The peaceful environment.this was my third visit. I love the place very much, although the experience was a bit different this time

It was all really good, except for all the cockroaches in the house, the cubbets saladbowls were dirty full of cockroach pieces. That was really all, the kids enjoyed the fisilities sooooo much., The staff "Pieter" is such a nice person and very friendly. We will visit again if the cockroaches is taken care off.Also need fans 😉 The bath in the bathroom was also not nice and clean. Thank you

The units are dated. Needs tlc. Bathrooms are old and require upgrade. Kitchen cupboards need attention. 6.5/10

I didn't like the way cleaners treat the outgoing guests...if they may respect guests time of checkout it will be great...the time us 10 but the cleaning lady was there by 8.45am...that was unprofessional

The littke insects that fly on the light at night in both bathrooms but on the 2nd night we decided to not switch the bathroom lights on and the insects were better

The rooms are very spacious Staff is very friendly and helpful From the security at the gate to the receptionist, to the cleaners everyone was friendly and helpful Jungle gym, my kids loved it and the rock pool

We were originally allocated a unit in the middle row that had no view of anything, we looked straight into the back of other units. Luckily after I enquired they managed to move us. The indoor pool could use a kreepy crawly once in a while ( we also found our swimsuits faded after using the indoor pool). some water features a the premises were empty and dilapidated, not sure if its post covid, or just not maintained.

The kids play area is really lovely, with climbing walls, swings, monkey bars, trampolines and mini golf. we were able to pre-arrange feeding the sheep.

We were one of the only guests on this day and there was no hot water. It did get sorted out after about an hour of trying to find someone to help us. Apart from that, we had an enjoyable experience.

The rooms are nice and big, the scenery is lovely; beautiful farm animals on this property. Self catering set up was good.
