The Restaurant and the Bar are cozy, but the menu and the food are not up the Hotel's level. It's a pity, good food would make the Hotel perfect. For a long stay the wardrobe is too small with few hangers.

The Hotel is truly very comfortable and relaxing with a warm, homely and welcoming atmosphere, English style, where we felt safe and protected. It is located in a quiet residential area, very close to a nice shopping center with Restaurants that we could reach with its shuttle. The large swimming pool is well maintained. The staff is kind and available. It is managed by a special Lady named Barbra who adds class and grace to the Hotel. She was very thoughtful, helpful and prompt to satisfy our needs. We will enjoy to come back and stay longer.

The WiFi was literally non existent and no one cared to explain why so I was with out WiFi on both days. That irritated me a lot actually how is it 4 star but weak wifi connection that does not connect in the rooms. I was 1st in room 418 then moved to 520 some issue. 2 I had the worst experience with they waiters and food! The waitstaff is completely untrained. The server didn't even know what a hot chocolate was, then proceeded to spill it and did not bother to refill. Instead of cleaning it up, she handed me a cloth and expected me to do it myself I was like hell no. And don't even get me started on the fact that I was not give sugar and was told she was told if I want sugar she will go pour it for me 😮, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience cause the table was already cleared for breakfast, she then vanished because the sandwich I ordered was absolutely repulsive and wanted returned. To top it off, when someone finally came to take away what was left of the food, they didn't even acknowledge me. I ended up just paying and leaving, only to spend the rest of the day in bed, sick tummy running from that awful sandwich and hot chocolate. They seriously need to step up their game!

This review is for Quatermain and not for Falstaff. We were moved from Falstaff to they sister hotel Premier Hotel Quatermain , which was fine due to the guests from another country who were making a noise. I loved the staff mostly beside the ladies working at the bar on Saturday morning very unpleasant and under trained.

The bathroom is a disappointment - hot water is all on the wrong side of the mixers. The heated towel rail has been repaired but not fitted correctly and looks really messy and the robe hook behind the door is missing. The kreepy in the pool just floats around in one place.

Flastaff is a lovely hotel with a really nice setting and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for where we needed to be and our room was exactly what we wanted. the breakfast was really good, after i received my eggs which were forgotten about on my plate.

The breakfast on Monday was poor as there was no selection. When I asked why I was told only a few guests so they don’t put out the selection. I had to order my breakfast that took a long time.

I really didn’t like the fact that they don’t have smart TVs and the picture quality of the old TV is so bad so there really isn’t anything to watch

On this occasion, we were only there for a couple of days - rooms are comfortable and clean - shower worked fine. Didn't use the swimming pool but other guests did. Looked clean and well maintained. It's a quiet hotel - we didn't use the restaurant but used the courtesy bus (short journeys only) to the main restaurant area for dinner.
