Would have stayed longer!

Nadine was very welcoming and wonderfully accommodating. The venue was super comfortable and a truly special spot! The view is extraordinary and the venue is exactly what I needed. The trip offered exactly what I needed and I would definitely be back. It was quiet and the beach and coffee shops / restaurants are within walking distance. Loved it - will definitely be back!

What an exceptional stay. Beautiful suite with everything one needs, easy access to amenities in the area. Great sea view and comfortable bed and pillows. Best nights sleep with the sound of the ocean. Worth more than the actual cost, cannot fault this guesthouse! Only problem is that I wish I was staying longer.

really nothing - everything was perfect

The whole Guesthouse is amazing. Nadine and her family helped me a lot with any question and every concern and were just very, very nice and supportive. It is so close to the beach that you can walk there (in a very safe area as well). I will definitely come again and will also tell my friends to stay at this place. 10/10 recommend it!

The bed is a little uncomfortable. But for our short stay was good. There are monkeys that come and visit unexpectedly, so you must keep the sliding door closed when you are not there, but this was not a deal breaker for us.

The view from our room was outstanding! We had a little Juliette balcony to sit out and watch the almost 180 degree view of the sea. The location was brilliant, one road away from the beach, so you still get all the lovely sounds of the sea, but it is not over whelming! The location of Fairview is in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. Our unit was perfect for two people. The shower was fantastic and the little kitchen unit was perfectly equipped with everything that we needed during our stay. Nadine greeted us, slightly early that we had planned, which was lovely as we were ready to check in a little earlier. We saw whales and dolphins from our little balcony every day we were there! Fairview is a magical little slice guesthouse in a lovely quiet part of Salt Rock and the drive to more restaurants in Balito is just a short lovely drive along the coast road. We loved it!

Our rooms at Fairview were really exceptional - the most beautiful views and super comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious and the Victorian bath was a lovely touch. The host was so helpful as well. We'd love to return!

Nadine and Rodney were exceptional hosts - they were so friendly and welcoming, we immediately felt at home. They went the extra mile to ensure we had the best stay possible. The guesthouse is in an excellent location and our room had amazing views! We loved waking up to the sight and sounds of the sea! We had everything we needed and the place was pristine. It was the perfect spot as a solo traveller and offers privacy for couples and business travellers alike. An absolute treasure of a guest house. Nadine and Rodney are very welcoming and helpful. Felt safe and comfortable. Excellent view, close to the beach great coffee spots, restaurants and convenience shop. Those who are driving have access to a petrol station at the end of the road. No load shedding what a pleasure. Highly recommend

Room very very small. No table inside to sit and eat, had to sit on the bed. Also very small veranda, cast iron table and chair which is unusable on wet and windy days. Not for elderly people, lots of steps to climb up.

Sea View, easy parking. Salt Rock has nice beaches, plus good fishing. I recommend Siggi's and Salt Rock Hotel, just a walk away. Fairview Guest House is in a great location, nice garden and swimming pool.
