We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomStayed in the larger Birdhouse cottage with open plan lounge and kitchen area, single bed and a double bed, and a shower. It's set back from the other cottages and rooms, feeling more private. Can't fault the place - the owner went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. Clean pool, lovely grounds, the chickens, horses, friendly cats and dogs. The staff are attentive and friendly. The breakfast made to order was delicious. Security of the property is in place, and i slept soundly in a super comfy bed. Highly recommend visiting the Mushroom Farm for breakfast, and Phezulu just 8mins up the road too. Hillcrest centre is on your doorstop just 2 (long) roads away, for necessities, restaurants, shops etc.

Room was comfortable (Elephant room) and there were lots of options to stay warm in what is known to be a cold area - gas heaters, electric blankets, wall heaters etc. Safe and secure parking behind a gate. Cannot recommend this place enough!
