Chris was the perfect host. We enjoyed our stay so much. Didn't want to leave. Lodge setting was perfect. In nature. Game drive was nice. Dinner that he made for us was fantastic on the fireplace.

Amazing stay, Chris was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. His cooking skills are an added bonus too. Beautiful, quiet location, would highly recommend.

While the room provides all the essentials, infusing it with more vibrant colors and a touch of warmth in the interior would elevate the experience. Occasionally, it felt a bit clinical, and a cozier ambiance would add a delightful touch to the space.

The Game Lodge owes much of its excellence to Chris, an exceptional host and manager. His dedication to ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible truly sets the tone. The Game Drive left a lasting impression, and the three-course dinner was exceptionally delicious. Grateful for the experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Everything was clean with very well prepared and beautiful rooms. Chris, the host was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and it exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be back soon.

Just a suggestion to put a blanket or two to the room (but maybe I didn't see it).

I would stay there for the dinner alone. I unfortunately didn't do breakfast but will believe that breakfast is also amazing. Very nice trial for a short walk.

It was perfect

This place is amazing! The rooms are massive, the welcome lovely, the breakfast was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time with the animals. Chris gave us lots of helpful advice for the next stage of our trip. Thanks for having us.

If I had to pick something, the shower was a little difficult. But really everything was great.

The premises were very nice and so was the room. Peacocks and springboks roam the grounds. Lovely host. It felt really luxurious.

Rooms were spacious, Whole lodge was well decorated and inviting Well situated with various animals on the property, Chris couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel right at home, Dinner and breakfast was amazing Just a wonderful break to relax

Great setup! wonderful location, very quiet and peaceful. lots of space for the kids to play and so much animals already on the farm. The game drive with Chris was amazing and not too long for kids. We felt very welcome and can highly recommend. You have best of both worlds, nature and the best waves in the world

location gives the best of both worlds: close to the beach and town snd right in the middle of wild life mountains. Amazing nature with an outstanding manager Chris who always goes the extra mile for you with a smile and great kindness.

There was nothing we did not like.

Breakfast was excellent. It more than met our expectations, and more than enough to fill us. The facilities were excellent and very clean. The Game drive was fun with Chris who had a large amount of knowledge about the area as well as all the animals on the land. Chris made us feel right at home. He was very friendly and at our beck and call all the time.

Fijnbosch Game Lodge far exceeded our expectations. Chris was in contact with me before we arrived to ensure that we were sorted for directions, arrival time etc. He is the most amazing host - thoughtful, kind and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are magnificent, and the rooms and bathrooms are huge and extremely comfortable. Chris offered us a game drive on the morning that we left and this was an unforgettable experience as a giraffe had just been born two days earlier. Finjnbosch offers an authentic experience which I cannot recommend highly enough.

The property has a beautiful garden and gorgeous mountain views. Rooms are big and comfortable. Chris took such excellent care of us - cooked us amazing meals, gave us local tips and really helped us enjoy our stay.

The accommodation was amazing but the best if all was Chris. What an amazing host. Nothing was too much for him. From helping to change our booking, getting laundry done to responding within minutes to all inquiries. Lastly although off the neaten track is still only 15 min from the main surfing beaches. Thanks Chris for an amazing stay
