South AfricaThere was never hot water in the bath tub and kitchen sink. Free wood for the boma and fireplace was only provided on the arrival day and not on a daily basis. Refreshments were only provided on arrival day and not refilled on daily. The gravel road is too long both outside and inside the lodge.
The place was not only quiet and peaceful but is also clean and neat. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist.

South AfricaThe Segway Safari activity should come with more warnings around the danger on uneven roads as injuries are severe . Indemnity forms and perhaps knee guards and other protective gear would be a necessary add on for people’s safety.
The customer service , the half board inclusive is amazing and the food is delicious. Kids activities , were also good.

IrelandThe food was pretty average and a recurring gripe was that the restaurant ran out of some dishes at the buffet dinner. The chalets are nice but the bathrooms need some maintenence. The handheld shower in the tub was leaking, for example.
The staff at Finfoot were exceptional in their hospitality and willingness to assist. Some names that spring to mind include Lizzy, Megan, Daneke, Sarel...and others who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The reserve is lovely and the pool and facilities good too.

GermanyUnfortunately the afternoon game drive on the day of arrival was already booked out, better contact the accomaodation before for making appointments.
Very nice and solicitous personal, everybody was very helpful. We liked the pool and restaurant area. Meals were very tasty. We saw many animals during the game drive. The tour on the lake has been a special tour, howeve we did see only birds. It is no fault of the lodge, but if you want to leave the area in northerly direction (Northam, Thabazimbi), the way on dirt road is much longer as when arriving from the south, e.g. Rustenburg.

South AfricaI enjoyed the food, but I do think a little more flavour and heart in the food would have made everything perfect. Also, a bit more variety would be much appreciated next time. The chef mustn't be too shy with the flavouring and seasonings.
Everything was lovely. The people who stayed there were well behaved, the staff went above and beyond and were friendly. It was awesome seeing the animals walking around next to our chalets. The was wonderful, the massage service was special and the staff very friendly. The activities were so much fun, and our guide Juandre was the best, made the experience extra special, informative and interesting. The place is also very clean and quiet.

South AfricaThe dinner was not good at all, I feel like there was no effort whatsoever. There were no options to choose from. Nothing was tasty ☹️. The bread served at breakfast was absolutely rotten, not fresh at all😞.
The breakfast was good. The staff was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed the boat cruise also.
