The noise in the main road right infront of the one room was very noisy at times, the kids got woken by cars that sped up and down the road. The wifi was completely down, and the dstv did not work at all. I do believe that new owners are sorting out some minor issues, I would deffinetly visit there again!!!

The 2nd bedroom doesn't have airconditioning, and the fans throughout aren't powerful enough. In the middle of summer it is impossible to sleep. I didn't mind the prepaid aircon unit, i think it's great but add another aircon into the 2nd bedroom. The units although clean are a bit dated, they do need a bit of an upgrade. I would still visit again, would probably just bring a fan too!

The apartment is well sized with all the amenities you could need. The pool is great and very family friendly. The strict noise rules are appreciated. House keeping were there daily which is great and the apartment is well positioned in St Lucia.

Water pressure is not great but we survived. The swimming pool is big and clean. Pool hours 08h00 to 20h00 - this is rather early for pool to close in hot summer months.

Lovely town. Flamingo is situated in the main road but very close to the beaches. We enjoyed the main swimmjng beach and Ingwe beach. Mission rocks is closeby and so beautiful. We saw turtle swimming in the ocean. Cape Vidal is lovely. Beach is amazing at low tide. There is lots to do and see in St Lucia and we loved waking into town every night. All units face the swimming pool. We swam every day. Staff were very pleasant. You wont be sorry.

Dstv wasn’t working, lounge ceiling fan wasn’t working, patio door lock was initially broken and had to be repaired and the door was also hard to open, bathroom door handle missing.

Location, swimming pool, cleanliness and cleaning services daily, hot showers. Also daily Braai cleanup. Mosquito nets on every window - had zero mosquitos throughout the stay in the house. Peaceful and no noise and parties allowed.

Load shedding is massive (like 11.5h on one day of our stay) in St Lucia and affects the unit heavily, like the water pump and electric stove. Also are there general wifi issues in St Lucia area. Both issues only reflect on the town, not Flamingo, who are the prime victims.

Much bigger than the pictures imply. Clean and well equipped. Staff communicated very proactive during and before the stay. Housekeeping staff is very thoughtful and hard working. We saw some guests having their coffee just next to the housekeeper doing the dishes for them - in our opinion that isn't a necessary service and every guest should take care of their own dirty dishes.

The checking in was a problem it said check in close at 18:00. We were there just after 17:00 No one was picking up the emergency numbers today assist us, luckily After a few minutes one of the cleaning ladies came to assist us.

There were very loud guests at night and also from 6am the following morning. Since the office was closed, there was no staff or security to quiet them down.
