. Not Enough cover at braai area to be abel to sit outside if it rains, big downfall not being able to sit outside and frustrating Would still be nice to braai if raining. Not even expensive, using the clear IRB panel and a light frame. Would be a big improvement. Ask me whe I come back in a couple of weeks. I could find out it cost show you.

Gates up the stairs would make people feel a bit more secured.

Place was nice and peaceful. Great set up with a clean pool and garden. Braai stand was also clean and ready to use. Laundry facility also a huge plus and ladies were kind and helpful.

We couldn't connect properly on wifi. It continued giving us connection problems. The pool was not in a good state for swimming hence we couldn't even swim

The only thing was that we had no WiFi but it was explained that it was a maintenance issue.

Two small hitches - DSTv wasn't immediately functional but Liska resolved this within 15 minutes of us alerting the staff. Then there was a problem with a burst waterpipe one evening. This was resolved the following day. Liska alerted us to the problem & provided us with bottles of water immediately - in fact before we even became aware that there was no running water available to us.

Clean, quiet, accessible with all required facilities. Staff were great - very happy to assist with laundry & with washing car. Liska was great at immediately resolving our problems that did arise.

The air conditioner and the ceiling fan did not work. Neither did the Dstv nor the wifi. These things were advertised on the website. The lady at reception had an excuse for everything besides why this was not communicated to me prior to my booking.

The Manager Erica was not very helpful, tried to move our date to arrive a day earlier, she wouldn't do it, she was rude ansld shouted at house keeping staff one morning, we had an issue with parking, the bathrooms are eeky not good at all, the place is really old, and not good value for money. I booked based on rating and it did not meet expectations should have booked the forest tree lodge instead their rating is slightly lower but their facilities are much better.

The location is good, Zanele our house keeper was very friendly.

Everything, big space, nice room, confortable beds, TV channels(TV is Samsung, channels a lot), swimming pool is big, friendly staff, easy booking for activities. This place is forever the accommodation I will choose when I come to St Lucia.

Fridge had a bad fish smell. Stove plates were rusted. Kitchen needs an upgrade. Very close to neighbours. Very noisy neighbours.
