The fact that there was no extra aircon or heater on the other side of the family room as the family room is divided into two sections. Which is good but it would be great to have a heater that side especially during winter. ❄️🥶

The type of rooms, they are nice clean and spacious.🤣😂🤣 The beds are very comfortable. The white linen 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿. Green garden... Fresh air just made my day🌻🌼💖. I like the fact that the staff were very friendly and went an extra mile in packing our breakfast as we always had to leave early to conference before breakfast was served. 💯 Can't wait to be back with my friends during holidays 🤣😂🤣

Strong smell of damp, mould and mustiness as well as presence of damp on the walls. Very unpleasant. That room is not guest friendly in its current state.

Great location, close to town. Spacious room. Great shower. Friendly staff.

The fact that the facility had intermittent power disruptions thus causing the TV and Wifi not to work on Thursday night. Muyu kids could not enjoy TV and ended up using my laptop for entertainment.

The location is fantastic. The breakfast was reasonably good.

The gate motor did not work and therefore had to get out and open the gate when getting back late in the evenings.

The first apartment we stayed in toilet did not flush and it was quite big. We got moved to a smaller one where there was no hot water and less kitchenware like it didn’t have a toaster. The WhatsApp responded timeously and issues were solved just not in a manner I’d expect. The facilities not working made the stay unpleasant as a flushing toilet and hot water is the bare minimum.

It is quite clean and the bathrooms are quite modern. The DSTV is a small package so it isn’t a lot and the WiFi is intermittent. The beds are clean and comfortable. Lovely lapa to braai overlooking beautiful pool and garden.

Relocated to other room because TV wasnt working Then had no hot water and absent host not interested to fix. Staff very inadequate. Would never recommend- no hospitality feeling

The lady on site took me to my room and gave me the key to it. Just when I was fetching my luggage, I was told to hand over the key as another couple was apparently booked there. I was taken to a smaller one with no aircon, poor wifi signal, electricity that trips all day, with bugs in the night especially. The room was very humid and the humidity messed up my phone charging port. I haven’t had any feedback from the owner which is very disappointing cause I’ve booked there for about 3years now.

The location is very convenient. The breakfast was the same everyday and on the last day the sausage had gone bad.

Arrival no one to greet or run through facilities and the room. Mouldy ceiling and smelt wet and musty Peeling paint from damp Bed uncomfortable Checkout only a cleaner available to take the keys

Location and room size were great Bathroom was large and nice. Parking area is large and easy to use.

I did not like anything except the area. The roof was leaky and damp. Disgusting. Had to use a bucket to flush my toilet. Never in my life... The television is a decoration. No channels work. Worst stay at an establishment I have ever encountered in all of my travels and I'm not one to give a bad review.

Only one of the staff members, she was accommodating. Management were never present and the maintenance of the property was appalling. I was shocked. Paying 1k a night you would expect at least a working toilet. Not recommended.

My unit was very good however the unit that my brother and his wife stayed in was a bit disappointing. The toilet seat was broken, their kettle did not work and the TV only had one channel. They will be returning to Sibsons House for my daughter’s wedding on 30 September and I have also booked our wedding planner in to Sibsons House. I certainly do hope that all these faults will be rectified by then. Many thanks

No loadshedding globes or effort to make patrons comfortable during loadshedding. Found dirty towel in bathroom on arrivial. Ceiling in bathroom need serious attention and housekeeping. Rail had fallen off.

They need to clean properly,the whole room was covered in dust.Bugs were falling from the roof as well. Beds are very uncomfortable. I got hay fever from sitting on their couches meaning there is just to much dirt and dust. Some of the linen had stains. The Owner(Lady) needs to learn how to speak to people properly.She is incapable of speaking in a well mannered way,rather she delegates because she lacks good communication skills and just how to treat paying customers well!

There is not enough lighting outside at night to see clearly. Light outside our first unit not working.lights on gate not working. Floodlights on garage on the left as you come in not working. Bathroom in second unit we stayed in needs a complete refit . Very old and worn out.

Never saw the owners. The braai facilities were filthy and it was a very noisy area. The noise from next door during the day was never-ending. Buzz saws, cutting tiles etc.
