It was super clean. I didn't want to get out of the shower, it was just so enjoyable Absolutely perfectly situated, we had a Scout Kontiki at Arrowe Park, so just down the road.

That we couldn’t stay longer!

The property is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is close to shops, parks and other amenities, which was very convenient. Mama Thembi is an amazing hostess and I love that she is just a call away if you need something, but that she gives you your space and your privacy. We have stayed at other guesthouses in the past where the hosts come have conversations with you day and night, so we loved that we were given our space and privacy. We travelled with my 2 year old little sister and she was loud and had some temper tantrums, being in unfamiliar settings, so we were worried this may upset the hosts as I’m sure they could hear the noise, but Mama Thembi didn’t even mention this and was kind and friendly towards us the whole time. I will definitely be booking here again the next time I am in SA. 10/10!

I didn't like the weather couldn't swim, further more great place

Loved the set up very neat and clean, pool was great but the weather was not, loved the washing machine my son had a Tournament and atleats he got to wear clean clothes all self catering places should have this for their guest's thank you Thembi

Harsh to put anything in this section. There was a couple of niggles, a leak from the toilet (clean water) that meant we constantly changed the mats and the washing machine leaked. But we didn't raise these until we left and I have no doubt they'll be fixed. The second bedroom is quite small although cozy.

Stayed exactly where we needed, we arrived very late due to a delayed flight yet we were still welcomed warmly. The space is ideal for us and thankfully we had a gas fire as it was really cold. We had tea making facilities and milk which was brilliant and thoughtful, as well as rusks which was a lovely thought. The main bedroom us a fantastic size. We felt very safe with locked parking and access.

The place was absolutely spotless. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood close to shops and the airport. Secure parking. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, lots of cupboard space for clothes, free wifi, DSTV... and Thembi is a lovely hostess.

The weather - not that anyone could do anything about it !!

This is a great place to stay, clean tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were met by Thembi who is more than happy to help with anything you need. The place was lovely, was exceptionally clean, tidy and well provisioned for our stay - 11 days in total. Easy to get to from the airport, close to shops and other amenities made this an easy stay for us. Would happily recommend this to anyone.

I booked for my wife and kids and they had a horrible experience upon arrival. The host was not expecting guests and insisted she prefers 2 night stays minimum. Place was full of ants.

So,, where do I begin!! At almost R800 per night, you would expect alot more! The owner (Thembi) is ridiculously RUDE! I had a week of golf turning professional, and in the afternoon it was impossible to have some peace and quite for a short nap. From babies crying and pots and pans banging and people shouting it was impossible. Even with NUMEROUS messages to her asking NICELY to please keep it down in their home which is only a DOOR separating the two places it never happened. She just ignores my messages and then still sends me a RUDE message accusing me of something I never did. Was her way of retaliating I guess! And it's DISGUSTING! NO WAY TO TREAT GUESTS! I WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN!

The only thing I enjoyed was having running water being from lower KZN, can't think of anything "nice" for the price of this accommodation!!

You share the yard and house with the owner who is very strict and is a watchdog! She is rude and will watch your every move in her yard. If u want a bodyguard book this place
