The fact that there was no enough space to put language . There was no chair or couch in the room. There was a kitchen with everything but the rule say you are not allowed to cook in the room. There is a small table outside the room that can be used for eating but it was not cared for as it was dirty.

The location is reasonable . We did not book for breakfast from the facility.

Booked for a friend en route to Cape Town. It is the perfect stop with all the necessary comforts and amenities. Convenience of a restaurant onsite and a splash pool make it that much more appealing.

Good communication and adaptability from the owner. Late night check was required, the staff travelling were a touch late to arrive but were accommodated.

We found 3 cockroaches in the room and the towels still had other people's hair on them.

Room was very nice and staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was also very nice and convenient for after a long day of traveling. The aircon really helped alot with the weather circumstances.

The fridge in one of the rooms had no shelves -- they appeared to have been broken out -- and the points of breakage seemed to have collected a little dirt.

The beds were fabulously comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very good and the water was hot, which was great. There were no interruptions in the power supply (which is notable in South Africa at present). It was a gas geyser, so even during load shedding, guests would have hot water to shower. We did not have dinner, but the breakfast was good value and tasty.

Lovely staff, place was easy to find and very accessible from the N1. I liked how peaceful the garden was, the electric blanket was a great touch. I appreciated that the properties electricity needs & considerations were clearly communicated. The public spaces were comfortable. Good place for a one night stay on my drive between cpt & pta.

Shower door is a bit 'sticky'; to close, you have to tug it closed from the inside, as a result we had quite a bit of water leak out the door onto the mat. The receptionist had her notification settings on rather loudly and it kept going off, it was rather annoying. My daughter had asked her for something and mentioned that she was playing a game on her phone. It wasn't on mute and we kept hearing it in our room for well over an hour.

We just stayed here as a stop over. Struggled to get hold of anyone upon arrival, rang buzzer at gate for a while, doesn't make a sound and had to call the venue as well. Eventually gate was opened. The venue is really very very nice - pretty garden, lovely entrance, family room was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Rudi the night manager did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, we had dinner at the venue and it was delicious. Our fur babies traveled with and was welcomed just as well as we were. The bed was so comfortable, best sleep after a very long road. Would definitely recommend and return if I find myself in Beaufort West again.
