There was a storm on the 1st night and the roof was leaking, we had to put towels on the floor as it was very wet and there were drops of rain on the bed we also had to move the bed a bit. We weren’t aware of the load shedding schedule on the 1st day and we had to delay and wait for the electricity to come back so we could get ready for the event we were attending. A generator for emergencies should be considered

The location is close to sun city. The host Ausi Getty was very friendly, she gave us the remote to the gate and we were able to access the property without bothering her. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved that the lady we gave the keys when checking out quickly went to our room to check if we’ve forgotten and gave me my dresses that forgot to take out the wardrobe. Thank you to her I forgot to take her name. The property had WiFi as well

Place needs a bit of a paint job, some ceiling lights need to be fixed.

Location was close to Sun city. I felt safe considering the area.

They need to put up a directional signs to get to the place. It is easy to get lost if you do not know the area.

The hospitality is very good. We felt welcomed at Getty's, the owner is a very nice person.

The issue of the quiet room was not fulfilled but don't remember being bothered by noise as the room was quiet spacious and beautiful. The other thing was there was no hot water and never got an explanation as to why but because it was too hot in Mogwase it really didn't frustrate us that much.

The owner of the property was very rude, she didn't smile at us or even say words of appreciation when we were leaving.

There was too much noise from the other rooms. We could hear what was being done or said. We were expecting tea/coffee utensils when we arrived, but we had only the kettle. We could do with more towels in the bathrooms.

The place is so clean and tidy. Parking space is good. The bathrooms are specious enough for relaxation.

There was an unstable WiFi signal in the rooms which Ms Getty tried to resolve. Toiletries (small tubes of soap, lotion etc.) were missing in both rooms.

Ms Getty was very welcoming and paid personal attention to our needs including at a very early hour when we left. The rooms were very clean, well lit and fitted in good highly quality taste. We did not have breakfast. The parking was secure and readily available on premises. The location was conveniently very near Pilanisburg national park.

We could not freely access the place, we were supposed to hoot or call the owner every time we going out and comin in, that was an inconvenience for us. Rooms should also have microwaves to make it easy for the guest instead of asking every time we need to use one.
