They had an event music was loud till the morning, they shouldn't have opened bookings for camping cause it was little bit chaotic. transport 😏 we couldn't find an uber.

Maria❤ 😇 was very good in making sure that the place is truly inviting, we appreciate the time and effort she puts into making our stay comfortable in gibaland, her kindness will never be forgoten, food was nice thanx to the ladies who were in the kitchen they did an amazing job enjoyed everything that was served.

Staff at bar was not knowledgeable. She did not know the prices and what is what. Also had to guide her on how to make/pour the drinks. Overall she was very friendly and we did not mind to guide, just think it would be better if management learnt her well before leaving her alone to attend.

Cold shower now warm water when I went for shower. The camp area was full and music 🎶 loud and continued till late night.

Hikes and rustic accomodation. Great lapa with nice atmosphere, bon fires. Entertainment is good, especially drumming circle was fun.

On friday when we arrived at 7pm..cafe mfula was closed very early by 5pm,ee did not know we had to travel back to buy food.the bar closed by 6pm,thats not nice.the toilets dnt smell fresh but its clean just needs frequent freshness.

The drumming,the tents were comfortable and big enough for two people,loved loved the fire place.

Even better if 1. Adequate staff is schedule to serve customers 2. Sleeping beds to be a bit thicker & 3. Showers to supply sufficient water to bath. We understand water is from the river but it just not enough.

I like the whole set up , including the activities and friendly staff Mlu and Walter were very helpful.

The dust on the tepees, it would be nice if the bed frames are more cleaner. The showers were not cleaned after a days use The toilet paper in the female toilets were not replenished

The environment was amazing The staff is very friendly and hardworking, they really make you feel at home especially the guy called Mlungisi. He's service was out of this world. Food was delicious 😋 The entertainment was superb

The communication from management wasn't up to par. On Sunday, which was our last dinner night we went to dinner only to find out that they had closed at 17h00. Unfortunately the information wasn't relayed to us.

Almost everything about the place I liked. A very peaceful place. Mlu, one of the staff members was one of the very good things about the place. Very friendly and a good sport.

Dogs Dogs Dogs Dogs , big Dogs ayy i was so uncomfortable.. During breakfast we ended up not getting our cappuccino,no juice that we order ,no smoothie dat we order , waited for breakfast almost 40minutes. Only Mlu as waitress and it was getting too much for him as people were piling in numbers

There are no purified water on site. The showers and toilets should be updated and cleaned regurarly.

transport issues, couldn't get uber from there maybe they should have some kind of transport from the camping site to the main gate at least, that would be helpful

the food was great the staff were so welcoming the location is simply the best with nature around, i wouldn't ask for more, looking forward to visit it again some other time the funny posters to tell people to keep the environment clean in a nice way
