Just about everything. Views were great, Jennifer was was very welcoming! Exceptional value... I had stayed at a different accommodation the night before that was 30% more expensive, and Glen Ormond blew it out the water.

Everything was fabulous!

Little paradise, a gem in the Midlands.. A very tranquil place with lush gardens and spacious accommodation. The bed is so comfy! Jennifer, the hostess, is very friendly and helpful. Her breakfast is divine, and I would say a must if you stay there. We could only go for one night, but how we wished we could stay a few more nights.

A beautifully decorated and well-appointed cottage set in gorgeous, peaceful gardens. What a treat to have a prepared dinner waiting for us in our room. Delicious breakfast delivered to our room the next morning. Lorraine was a wonderful host.

Nothing! You may say: impossible!! Go and stay at Glen Ormond, do not kibble over small stuff that is not acceptable for you (you will find that anywhere if you want to) and you will experience the best stay anywhere!

Glen Ormond is for me the best place to stay in the Midlands Meander. Why? Stay there once and you will say the same and then you will always stay there. There is not a bar or entertainment centre or a restaurant; all very close and easy to reach. At Glen Ormond you will experience 5+ star accommodation and service, peace and you can find again tranquillity for your soul in the beauty of God's creation on this exceptional farm.

Jennifer and her husband went out of their way to make every aspect of our stay perfect. The cottage is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and really cozy! They are warm inside for the winter and the terrace with a gorgeous view is perfect for the summer! The breakfasts are out of this world!! Jennifer is a very creative cook and very attentive to details- every single thing in the property was taken care of and provided. We will definitely stay again!!! Thank you!!

We loved it all.

We loved everything about this amazing property. The cottage is delightful and perfectly equipped.. the bed is the most comfy bed ever, kitchen lacks nothing and the cosy lounge is a pleasure! We loved the spacious grounds - where we walked safely. Also enjoyed sitting/ lounging with a coffee and my book on the large patio which is comfortably furnished. Everything is well maintained and good nick. So enjoyed the sherry in the evenings too. Thank you Jennifer, your lovely staff ( so helpful and pleasant). You’re a super host and we would not hesitate to recommend this gem for a peaceful stay anytime. We wished we could’ve stayed longer than three days. We’ve so missed Sarah, the friendly cat!!!!!

The place is very clean, well maintained. The kitchen is so well equipped, we had everything we needed. It was very cold but our room had more than enough options for heating. A beautiful place, everything was perfect. Lovely decor as well

it was beautiful. The cottage is very well appointed with everything one could wish for. Jennifer goes the extra mile even providing complimentary sherry which was much appreciated due to the cold weather. She even shared her beautiful cat Sarah with us. We will definitely be back.
