The lady who called asking if she must clean unit couldn't speak in English.

Close to our place where event took place. Owner took care when Johannesburg cut water and he brought us water. Fixed maintenance issues immediately.

It is a suggestion rather, what I noticed the place needed a bit of maintenance, paint on the ceiling starting to peel; maybe repaint whole house to refresh it (especially white paint is fussy), fix main bathroom toilet seat and door handles. Main frustration, please buy a new washing machine. I think because of many people using it, it was fixed on one setting. I had to do a long cycle even for smaller items that needed the 15 minutes timer and it leaked as it drained/spinning. This is a must, especially travelling with children. I know the guys tried to come to clean the house while we were out, the white towels were not changed.

Centrally situated next to malls and shopping places; easy routes getting on highways. It was suitable for family stay. Lovely place, felt like I was home; it had all the appliances and seating area to accommodate my large family. The beds were comfortable and that large couch was really great!

The heater in the lounge had no gas, it's really old in the mornings and afternoons, the rooms blinds broken and light shines thru at night in bedroom 2 and 3. The tub has no hand shower so it's pointless having 2 bathrooms if 3 people staying u gta wait to use the shower. Definitely need some carpert on floors, the floors are absolutely cold

Our noise level wasn't that much but the neighbours still complained, felt like we had to whisper for us to talk.

Everything was superb, the view was amazing and its quiet and peaceful.. The heater was not working properly but it was fixed after 5minutes

The high technology TV. A bit out of my league. The main bedroom bed was a bit hard.

The place is secured and safe. The crockery, cutlery was beautiful.

No aircon. Pests (ants, roaches ect.....) Beds were uncomfortable. Alot of money spent on my part for a crappy place like that.

No one to welcome us, no one to answer our questions only instructions on how to get the key and the wifi password. No room service the following day and until we left. We didn't understand the check out procedure. We just left the keys where we found it. There is no one there to mind hw u r doing. I dnt really wish to be there again

1.We struggled to get hold of the Contact person to let us in at the property 2. Then we really struggled to open the burglar door because its rusted and not well looked after 3. Both the toilets did not even had toilet seats on🙈 4. Not as nice as the pictures..the PLace really needs some TLC

The check-in procedure was atrocious, we got there and found the place unclean and not ready for human habitation. It was a complete mess and had to get house keeping to come at 10pm to clean the apartment before we could move in. In the meantime I had to keep my family in the car at night. Accessing the keys to the apartment was rather confusing, it wasn't according to the instructions from Booking.com The place needs fumigation for cockroaches.

The location was outstanding 👏 the furniture and lay out of the apartment is beautiful. It's just that the place needs help with fixing the blinds and closets are peeling

bathrooms: basins were extremely small. preferred showers in both the bathrooms. shelf in shower was loose bedrooms: cupboards were not up to standard ( shelves needed replacements) kitchen: did not really use but I think it was adequetlly furnished. However we found a few cockroaches running around:( unit was only serviced on Saturday afternoon after we queried it. Was told initally that it would be serviced the following day.

The unit need air conditioning units. The pots, pans, utensils & ovenware need to be replaced. The area was too noisy, with the neighbors' loud music till early hours of the morning and early Sunday morning.

The place was neat, safe and near shopping centres. It's also about 10/15 minutes away from Gold Reef City. The host was pleasant and arranged for the unit to be cleaned and ready within 20 minutes of us getting there, even though we were about an hour earlier than planned.
