Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaThe next morning water in the room was cold. When checking out we had to wait about five minutes while the guy at the reception checks if everything was fine he said. However the other white lady came while we waiting to check out but her card was just received and informed she can go. I asked the guy who was assisting us why we are waiting while others don't wait he told me no im not the one who checked the other lady out. We received different treatment.

South AfricaWe booked the family room but there was a dancing platform and Pole in the room. Had to explain to my kids what that was for. Not Appropriate!!! the property should state that information in the initial booking part!! All people go to this park to have fun…Right? But only 2 persons in the hotel and park was friendly, they were doing their jobs like working in a factory, not like it should in an entertainment Park! It seems like it was the wrong person for the job at each ride!!

South AfricaWhen we checked out it was raining and we waited for the one shuttle in the cold with children for a long time. They wouldn't allow us to drive in our car to exit and yet the one shuttle was system in that busy rainy morning was not efficient.
The children enjoyed the rides, the fact that staying at the hotel included daily tickets for the theme park was nice.
