Breakfast was good and location was easy to find, the reception staff was very helpful, friendly, the shuttle to the casino site was a good thing and i clap hands for the driver that was on duties, very friendly, patient and clean

Very noisy ppl staying next to us didnt sleep well. My daughter fell of steps in the dark but staff help us well.

The aircons did not work well especially at night and also the shuttle that was suppose to bring us back took a while as he was busy with check in. Also we did not get any vouchers as the once the people got at the main gate when coming in to the theme park.

I liked the room and also the breakfast the next morning so many food to choose from 🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had alovely stay at the Theme Park hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at Barney's was also very nice. Thank you for a wonderful experience and God willing we will see you soon!

Its was very nice. The park is very busy tho, so you will need a full day or two to experience everything. The theme park hotel staff were amazing. breakfast was okay and the rides are great fun.

The next morning water in the room was cold. When checking out we had to wait about five minutes while the guy at the reception checks if everything was fine he said. However the other white lady came while we waiting to check out but her card was just received and informed she can go. I asked the guy who was assisting us why we are waiting while others don't wait he told me no im not the one who checked the other lady out. We received different treatment.

walkway/passageway between the two buildings to our room (501) could be made a bit more attractive with perhaps some hanging baskets with flowers, just for a more warm atmosphere.

We booked the family room but there was a dancing platform and Pole in the room. Had to explain to my kids what that was for. Not Appropriate!!! the property should state that information in the initial booking part!! All people go to this park to have fun…Right? But only 2 persons in the hotel and park was friendly, they were doing their jobs like working in a factory, not like it should in an entertainment Park! It seems like it was the wrong person for the job at each ride!!

The staff should really have more manners, due to the restaurant not giving me proper information i went out to by food and couldn't make it hot , the staff said that they can't help and i should eat cold food as there is no microwave in the entire place

The shuttle service is convenient to and from the theme park and the casino. The theme park closes at 17:00; it's nice to go to the casino free of cost via shuttle and then just come back when you've had your fun at the casino.

The room and location was great, only thing missing was a table and chairs to eat at as we have small children so ordered room service for dinner which we had to eat off our laps in the room.

When we checked out it was raining and we waited for the one shuttle in the cold with children for a long time. They wouldn't allow us to drive in our car to exit and yet the one shuttle was system in that busy rainy morning was not efficient.

The children enjoyed the rides, the fact that staying at the hotel included daily tickets for the theme park was nice.
