Perfect location, beautiful sunsets and view and attention to detail spot on. Unfortunately we were there when they had a bad storm and the wind was bad. The host was extremely friendly and availed herself for any questions we had. We were spoilt with a surprise box of chocolates. The house keeping lady very friendly and helpful with the luggage. The apartment lived up to all our expectations and more. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay at Gordon's Shore for a break away to unwind and relax.

The sliding back door in the kids room rattles when the wind blows and kept interrupting our sleep. It may be a good idea to find a way to secure the door so it is not rattled by the wind.

I loved that it felt like home away from home, with added items like filter coffee, juice and bottled water , even rusks for our coffee. The pool on the deck is exceptional and the views are exquisite.

The bedding and towels would benefit from a refresh.

Spacious comfortable with a lovely balcony. Stunning view from the roof terrace and swimming pool. Secure garage parking with a lift straight to the apartment. Well furnished with good facilities.

Very difficult access to pool level and access to pool itself. Great pity because the pool level was a spectacular area.

The size and design of the room. Secure parking was a bonus. Close to beach and amenities Great view from the pool area. Although there is a pool it is not for swimming, to shallow, ideal for kids or cooling off. Michelle very friendly and helpful.

Even though there were a few minor electrical issues, this was resolved, and it did not affect the overall experience.

The host was very accommodating and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, and the view overlooking the ocean was great. Highly recommended.

The Bed was more like a Sofabed from the feeling.

They really need to make a plan about the lift mores especially on the 1st floor when you’re on the other room you’ll never sleep peacefully it makes so much noise even if you try and take a nap in the sitting room same thing it’s makes unbearable noise.

I love everything about the place it was peaceful weekend away.

The second bedroom shower requires privacy - perhaps a blind.

The view from the place was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and the facilities on the rooftop was amazing. The extra chocolates, juice and milk was very thoughtful.

Everything!!! Michelle was super host, always available and the apartment was sparkling clean, extraordinary view, super comfy sofas, amazing pool and it felt like home not a cold hotel room. Top quality and solar powered!! I can't wait to go back when it will be available!!!! Absolutely LOVED it!

The lift was accessed from one of the bedrooms so was very noisy when users of the apartments above us used it late in the evening.

The other guests were noisy but that too was sorted out by the hosts. Would be nice to know who else is renting out the other units. Lift was great but noisy if other guests are up and down in it during the night. But Like I say the host can be contacted anytime and that helps a lot.

LOVED the view! The place was VERY spacious. Enjoyed full DSTV to watch important rugby match. Enjoyed special touch namely chocolates, rusks, juice and milk available for us. Keys were received promptly and professionally. Solar was a bonus - we did not know about load shedding!!!
