We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely cottage in the humble town of Graskop. Well equipped kitchen. Super clean and crisp bedsheets! TV in each room to keep everyone entertained. Went the extra mile and provided panado for the odd headache.

CanadaI wish the family was connected with the rest of the accommodation. You have to go outside to go from the bedrooms/kitchen to the family room. As a result, we didn't really use it. We knew it didn't have a dishwasher, washer or dryer, however, these three features would be nice to have.

South AfricaThe place exceeded our expectations. The property was really nice and clean, the staff were friendly and the attention to detail they went to was a nice surprise. They even included Disprin's for each room in case we might not be feeling well, they really thought of everything to make their guests feel welcome and have a pleasant stay. It was an absolute pleasure staying with them. It's a real hidden gem, we're just sorry we never found this place before. Will definitely be back and recommend anyone to stay there. Also definitely value for money.
