A fatuous question in this instance ....

Nice flat in a quiet location, within a safe gated community. I slept with the sliding door open, to be greeted by a lovely dawn and birdsong. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. A good location for an urban getaway in Pretoria.

Belinda was baie vriendelik, verwelkomend en hulpvaardig. Die eenheid is deel van haar pragtige tuin. Die eenheid was super skoon en netjies, die badkamer lieflik. Beddegoed van die beste gehalte. Baie dankie Belinda dit was 'n heerlike ervaring om by jou te kon oorbly. Ons sal verseker weer kom.

the are is quiet. Room is very comfortable, has all supplies and there’s a backup for loadshedding. The accommodation allows you to cook. The self-catering tag doesn’t mean that you’ll only be getting takeaways. Just bring food! There’s a DSTv with all channels, can binge the whole day. Close to shopping centres. The bed is very comfortable, sofas are also just as comfortable. Perfect for Business and leisure

Now this is a perfect place to be with your partner for a peqce of mind, very quiet and different atmosphere, beautiful garden. Everything about the room was perfect and the 🚿 🥰😍😍 felt like staying there more days. The kitchen has everything you can ever need. It's very comfortable and stylish. DSTV WITH ALL CHANNELS. The lady.. I love her, shes very welcoming and makes you feel at home. I highly recommend this place

Nothing to do with the host but the country has black out for couple of hours once or twice a week. We only experience it twice during our stay. It was not a big deal to us though as we see it as a new experience. Host put on Generator so guess will not experience the black out

First of all, host was brilliant. We arrived very late around 15 to 1am and Belinda waited for us to open the gate. She did help us to settle in well. We booked for 13 night and it feels like home to us. The host and her husband made us feel at home, they call uber for us when we want to go out as we do not have south African phone number. House keeper comes around to clean apartment and change towels regularly. Bed was comfortable, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. We developed a great friendship with our host. They Left us to our own devices but helped us when we need help. They were amazing and we will definitely be back.

Can do with a few extra loose carpets. The tiles are icy cold but there was a heater which made it better. Also, no cell reception but we didn't really mind. Got us off our phones

This is a self catering Apartment that contains everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is fully stocked with enough utencils and the fridge is more that big enough to host all the goodies that needs to be chilled or frozen. Even had 2 complimentary bottlels of water :-) Our hosts are friendly warm haerted people which made us feel very welcome from the start. The apartment was very neat and tidy and it has a huge shower as well. Full access to all DSTV channels . We also received free WIFI which was most considerate. Hostess is a friendly warm hearted lady who cares for you personally in all aspects. We will never visit any other facility when the need arrises to find accommodation in this area. Will defnitely visit them again. It is safe and peaceful. The facility in itself is huge with a open plan dining, kitchen, lounge and bedroom with built in cupboards. Bathroom was amazing with complimentary bodywash, shampoo, body lotion and soap. We would recommend this wonderful place to anyone. Price is realy affordable and last but not least, it has a beautiful garden where one can sit outside (2 chairs and table included) and enjoy nature. A home away from home! Comfy bed, tranquil environment and a beautiful garden that kept my son occupied while I did some work. Their generator supplied us with power during loadshedding, which made our stay even better.

TV was a bit on the small size, if I am being honest. Other than that, I really can't think of anything. I thought this was a very nice place for a more than fair price. We'll definitely be back.

We travel to Pretoria often and prefer to stay near the Menlyn / Lynnwood Ridge area. We travel with our two small dogs. This was a new property for us. I liked the open floor plan. Bed was comfy. Large sized bathroom. Big shower. Nice fridge and kitchenette. Small green area out front for the dogs.
