We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe absent of the TV in the room as we always want to relax watching the news or Sports. The window blinds was not closing properly and when outside the room you can see inside even when blinds closed. The shower was very slow with low pressure.
The breakfast was excellent and the hospitality of the staff was very good. The location was not hard to find when having a GPS for directions but without it and not knowing the surroundings was a challenge at first.

South AfricaI found the bath tub not washed after my first day of stay. Also, I think it would be better if the property can invest in the white colour for its whole bed linen and towels, as the beige colour and the dark brown base cover that I found in my room has the tendency of looking unclean over time. Other than the few things mentioned in the paragraph above, all else was reasonably clean.
Friendliness of all personnel in the establishment, starting from the reception/caretaker guy who was able to accommodate my last-minute request to check-in outside the stated hours; and continuing through the housekeeping ladies.

Super nice owners (trying to even find me a motorcycle). Wonderful food, incredible breakfast included. The location of the Lodge, the peace and quiet, the vegetation, everything is extraordinary. If you come in from Johannesburg , like I did, this is like an oasis, like finding water in the desert. I was also lucky because I lost my South Africa map, the staff helped me look for it, and during the process, they found my pants and a shirt in the cabinet, which I had put there the night before, and would’ve forgotten there otherwise.
