Television? No WiFi, No Room Plugs working

1. There was no mirror, only the small one in the bathroom which 4 ladies have to share. 2. There was no TV, which is a first, Ive stayed in different placesband one would like to believe a Tv is standard. 3. The hot water issue, in future it would be great to notify guest that they should wait for the hot water because it took time to come out.(The guys attitude when I contacted him about the hot water issue was so unacceptable, he was dissapointed that he had to walk a distance only for the hot water to come through when we got there as if I knew how this sustem works. I was so dissapointed at him.) 4. The gunshots at night are traumatizing, I suggest letting guest know about the hunting going around and to expect gunshots 5. Also add enough coffee and tea stuff. 6. Also add an iron. 7. I would also suggest that a pool be also added to the side we were sleeping in beacause we did not even get to enjoy the pool as it was a distance from where we were staying.

Perfect venue, beautiful surroundings

Plumbing system is very poor. We didn't have a warm water to shower. Main guest house the water does not drain in the bath in one of the rooms. No handrails to hang towels, TV. No coffee facilities in the rooms. There is a noise coming at the back of the rooms, I don't know if it's a generator, but it kept us awake most times at night. The comune kitchen needs upgrade.

Chalets are new, outdoors is ubsolutely beautiful.

We had no hot water to shower. The rooms had no kettles/cups, no bathroom mirrors. When we made use of the Communal Kitchen, the kitchen staff were very rude.

The rooms were very clean. The outside area was beautiful with beautiful views. The Manager by the name of Victor provided excellent service and tried to do all that he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, despite the limitations that the venue presented.

When we arrived there we were booked into the wrong rooms,very far away from the facilities but that was fortunately resolved.They use solar only so our water was never hot,we had to boil water with kettles to have a decent bath.The swimming pools were all dirty and not cleaned so we didn't even swim.The other rooms have no fridges, microwave,they all don't have aircons so in winter there's no source of warmth.

The location was on a mountain so we were surrounded by nature.The sunrise in the morning was exceptional to experience.The staff was running out of patience but they displayed professionalism at all costs and tried their best to meet our needs.The bon fire they made us every evening was exceptional.

The cleaners treated us like theives

The receptionist treated us like his children 🥹we felt safe and he also left his personal cell phone number so we can contact him incase we want something.

The reception area and where we stayed its like two different properties. Reception area was beautiful. The bedroom did not have the relaxing element to it. It needs to be upgraded to be a bit modern. The kitchen only had a few kitchen utensils that were not enough for four people. The grass around King fisher house was not trimmed. I advice they have it maintained for better exterior around the house.

Great location and views. The owner and caretaker were very nice and helpful. Bedding was clean.

The actual lodge was nice, but the chalet was not clean at all, the were spider webs everywhere. The fridge was shocking. We were offered to use the kiddies pool because the main pool was dirty. No one came to check us out.

It was self-catering, the mountains and lakes surrounding the place were breath taking.

The breakfast and I was expecting that the room will be having the trash bin or stove we had to walk a distance to cook. We didn't have hot water.

Out of order fridge, cold shower, bin emptied once in 4 days, flooding shower, basement & shower drain blocked. Room not cleaned throughout our stay.

I love the view of nature and it was refreshing, perfect 🥰.. and great. We enjoy ourselves. It was peaceful and stress-free. This place will never be forgotten. We had lots of fun and enjoyed our vacation ...

There was no restaurant at the hotel, so we had to eat our meals at a nearby hotel. The hotel has potential but at the moment is sorely in need of basic amenities, such as mirrors and towel hooks in the bathroom, a mini fridge, dustbin in the bedroom. There is no wifi or TV in the bedrooms. The walls are very thin and we could hear our next door neighbours quite clearly. The swimming pool was very green.

The gardens were pretty. The setting was nice.

They new that they don't have cleaned swimming pools,no room service, no air conditioning, not even a telephone in the room, no wifi no TV,no kitchen ,we had to go nearest lodge witch had all of the above but their prices are almost 50% less

We didn't have electricity till the following morning. We had to wait for the manager for about 30 minutes to check us in. The service was very bad n the staff didn't even come n check if everything was OK. Imagine staying in cold room without electricity and aircon. We couldn't even warm up our food cz we didn't have microwave

Room was like under construction. Poor facilities No hot water to bath No lights in the room Bed not prepared Floor not cleaned It was the most horrible experience of my life for the amount I paid. I could have went to local hotel cheaper and get far better.
