The property has enormous potential but could do with some TLC. The lawns could do with a cut, the gardens need to be cared for and the buildings need a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen in the villa could also be better stocked with mugs, a scissors, etc.

The accommodation was lovely and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They agreed to serve our breakfast earlier than the usual slot to accommodate our schedule. They also gladly assisted with photocopies.

It was an idyllic place to stay. The setting, the rooms, the garden, the view were so beautiful. Having breakfast with a view on the magnificent garden was wonderfull. It was also very quiet and very relaxing. Definitely a place to go back again.

The whole property needs some more love. We can see a low investment on the whole property. As you drive up towards the house no one greets you and you need to search for someone. No reception is clearly seen, also as recieving the keys it would have been great to hear about the history of it. And that you are creating your wine. This all wasn't explained and it remains a mystery. Explaining what is what and where is always of help as we needed to find out where the pool was. (Unclean) Also explaining what code is required to open the gate is nice, instead of running over the estate to find someone. Please put some more attention towards receiving guests and the explanation and where possible invest in the stunning house to improve it for the longer term.

The location is stunning and so is the breakfast The room is nice and so is the bed. No airco just a fan.

The rooms were dirty, cobwebs all over, not well cleaned. The pool was utterly disgusting, coated in green algae and dirty, it was unusable. The tables and chairs at the pool are covered in cobwebs and not clean. This was incredibly disappointing as we’d looked forward to a day at the pool! The grounds are unkept, everything is overgrown, paint peeling from the walls and floors and many of the chairs are past their expiration date. The management is poor and when approached about any issues they are rather unhelpful and a bit cheeky. We booked a superior room but received a small very standard room with no full length mirror or vanity which is what you need when preparing for a wedding. On the second night they moved us to the correct room which was much better, but all in all it was a bit disappointing.
