Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The first room we were put in, room 111, was in the side towards the freeway. Although it was late at night the receptionist was very obliging and moved us quite happily and pleasantly. Tomroom 139. A lovely comfy room but very noisy outside with voices in early am. So finding a quiet room was a challenge. But clean, comfy and very helpful friendly staff. I would return but take ear plugs 😜

South AfricaCheck-in was a bit chaotic with the check-in personal allowing people to jump the line even though we were clearly in line before some other customers. There should be no difference in checking in local customers compared to foreign ones and if somebody jump the line they should be told to wait their turn even if they are from another country.
Room was comfortable although a bit cold. Stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. Bathroom is large and well appointed.
