We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The service and food were exceptional! Wonderful setting, friendly staff, facilities and rooms were spotlessly clean, beds heavenly comfy. A lovely lovely stay. I can highly recommend this establishment for a quiet getaway to reconnect with friends or family. Did I say the food was exceptional? Not to be missed!

United KingdomHad a fantastic 8 nights staying at Highgrove House, it started when we first arrived as we were greeted by Tracy and Jolene the managers who were waiting for us as we drove down the Jacaranda lined drive. The quality of the room, furnishings was 5 star the bed one of the most comfortable I have slept in. the suite gave total privacy and tranquility. Breakfast served in the gazebo in garden was delicious and the dinner in the evening served in formal dining room an event. Each night a different 6 course menu was produced using home grown and locally sourced produce, Thelma the chef who had been with them for 25yrs had a master touch to producing top quality tasty food. We think the greatest asset to Highgrove House was the staff who made our stay so memorable, thank you to Tracy,Jolene,Danita,Edith and to Douglas and Nathaniel who escorted us back to our room each night after dinner.

After not returning for just short of 8 years, it was an absolute treat to come back. From the room to the food and everything in between was outstanding. Tracy and Johlene are wonderful hosts and nothing ever was too much. Highgrove House is a truly luxurious break away from the daily routine of life. Overall our stay cound not have been better!

We had a wonderful stay at Highgrove House! What was a one night stay turned into a wonderful three night stay. We had a cold/flue when we arrived and could not enjoy all as much as we would have liked, but everything was very good, from the actual accommodation, the very friendly and helpful staff, to the breakfasts and dinners. It has an old world charm (do not expect modern) and definitely a place to relax. A nice touch was washing our vehicle before we left.

Highgrove House is an amazing place. A true, luxurious working farm with beautiful gardens, walking paths, and rooms. The food was well above anything we expected and the host was just delightful and knowledgeable.

Breakfast and the six causes dinner was fantasic. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Hotel is in a gorgeous environment. The hostess is jubilant and accommodating.
