We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South Africafans weren’t working but the manager went out of her way to get me one, they have a snooker table in the bar but it and the equipment are in a very poor condition. Breakfast wasn’t very good. I have stayed here before and it has gone downhill quite badly. I spoke to the manager and she told me that the place had just been taken over by a new company and that they have plans for improvements, I do hope so as it used to be a fantastic place to stay. I will be back sometime next year to see how things are going.

South AfricaI booked 2x 3/4 beds and was given a double (for myself and my 24 year old son). Toilet seat was broken. Toilet flush button was broken. Toilet roll holder was broken. Shower drain gurgled when the neighbor showered. The heater made so much noise you couldn't sleep. Beds were suitable for no-one older than 10. A pillow is supposed to support your head, but can't if it is flat. The damp on the walls and subsequent smell was nauseating. I stayed for the first night of three, then left ! Possibly the most disgusting "hotel" stay of my life. Was worth R350 per night, not the R900 that was paid !

South AfricaExtremely old and dark and cold .actually glad we didn't stay there . There pics are nothing like the room we where offered and put in . There itinerary selection on booking .com offers a cot . No cot available and no shower in the room . This is why we had to move to another premises (moorecroft manor ) down the road was a great suggestion made by the staff there them selves. And the cherry on top they give me a 50% refund . We even went back there to play darts but was told they have no darts . Haha so it was a fail in every respect .

Room was neat and upgrade was good however only 1 large bath towel, the bathroom door got stuck and could not open from the inside, also water and glasses would be nice in the room.
