Imagine paying r550 per night for wifi that never worked properly, a room so hot it felt like a sauna where you can barely breath properly because of the unnecessary high temperatures and where you are at risk because it allows women of the night to run their business from the property and put other women at risk.

Place was very dirty rather filthy including the rooms,furniture and everything. There cockroaches and ants in the rooms There is nothing compared what you see in the pictures from Bookings Com

I liked the fact that you could choose which room to stay in. The staff is very friendly. And my vehicle were safe.

Bedding had holes and marks on WiFi poor connection Had to boil kettle on the floor. Fossett in bathroom basin was loose and could not adjust temperature. And it should not matter how much we paid, as the ad offered one thing but at the guesthouse did not receive it. And the owner is not a very pleasant man

Very bad, when i got there, group of guys were having a party, smoking weed , I couldn’t breath. Booked two nights and i couldn’t sleep too much noise and smoke. I had to check out at 3 am bcz the are guests were having sex every where, making all sorts of sex sounds. Keep in mind i was travelling with a 9 year old. Never been so disrespected like this before. I don’t recommend this place

there was nothing to like, I did not like the place and I do not like the customer service at booking . com , oh sorry there is no customer service so I guess I cannot complain about that if it doesn't exist, false advertisement switch and bait and no recourse to get my hard earned money back - a horrible experience

there was nothing to like we check out the next morning two days early - I tried to cancel on booking,com but was unable to do that - would net even have stayed there if I had not been up since 2am travelling and working a full day

Second time booking here with my girlfriend and the stay was even longer this time. As usual the place was clean and quite the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Especially the manager, Tk (as we call him). Would definitely recommend for a couple's weekend away or solo trip around Bellville (but out of the noisy Bellville town area) a definite 10/10

Did not have much sleep as the people watched soccer at 3 in the morning and made a noise. Does not look as good as the photos on the site. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable.
