Fantastic Host who went out of her way to help and communicate with us on WhatsApp to find out how our trips to the local game parks were going. Even organized an emergency doctor's appointment for one of us on Sunday.

Great place and accommodation very clean. Owners are great and very welcoming. My girls enjoyed the lovely and friendly dogs on the property. The forest trail walk was absolutely lovely. A suggestion for future, should think about having horse riding on the property.

The little effort made for us customers. They gave us wrong codes for the gate. The only nice person was Carissa who smiled and greeted us when we left that morning. We paid alot for our stay but would have got better customer service at another establishment

Staff in kitchen were not polite despite us tipping her. She seemed annoyed for us requesting for coffee yet it was included in our rate. Then we requested for the fan to be put on and they said we should sit outside.

the staff is rather slow and distracted. In our experience they do the minimum, without making any extra effort. They sell it as half board but it is rather choosing from a very limited menu (3 choices for breakfast and 3 for dinner), and the food is not great. Alternatively you can buy food from the small inventory they have and cook your own, many items dont have prices displaied. Closest restaurants are 10 min drive away.

the facilities are nice and the tent is rather spacious and well equipped. There is also a nice walking trail around the camp. The maintenance man is very kind and makes that extra effort to make your stay comfortable. 45 minutes away there is an elephant interaction activity offered by Bayete Zulu which we highly recommend!

Treinkie gave me directions and they were spot on, i really appreciated that. Nonnie’s english breakfast was delicious. Trienkie was a wonderful host she went out of her way to make sure that we were “good good”.

Incredible experience with the view on the animals. The tent is very comfortable and perfectly organized. The teams are modern. The staff is lovely and very welcoming, as are the owners who are very helpful. The place is very quiet. Each tent has its own privacy. It is perfect!
