Good value for money, convenient location to the centre of Langebaan, and lots of cute farm and wild animals around to greet you. The host, Cornelle, was very welcoming and flexible with us! Clear communication.

The shower head in our unit needed some love was not spraying evenly. That's the only negative we have about the unit we stayed in.

The owner was on the ball and gave us precise directions to the accommodation .She also included the Load-shedding schedule to help us plan.

A tad dusty inside, could do with a TV upgrade (old box type that flickers) and a gas stove for boiling water in case of load shedding. One light was also flickering (shower area), but in general nothing major. The positives exceeded the negatives by far.

Very beautiful and enjoyable place offering a peace and quiet atmosphere. It has all the basic amenities you'd need for a quick stay over.

I hesitate to criticize, but constructively I would suggest maybe a solar solution for load shedding times. From 6-10pm we had no electricity, so the wifi and lovely outfitted kitchen was of no use to us. It was a bit strange to see the main house with an alternative energy supply and then the guest houses in dark.

It is a fantastic place neat, well equipped, tastefully themed, beds are very comfy, the owner is super friendly and accomodating. The area is beautiful very accomodating for kids, lovely outdoors farm feeling.

the rooster needs to be removed, I could not sleep from 2:30 as it would not stop screeching. it needs to be put in a coup or away or removed completely. I’d rate this place a 10 if it wasn’t for the rooster

Some of the appliances didn't work well. The one stove top and the toaster. Also we couldn't stay for to long as there isn't really a food storage area but it's totally workable for a couple nights but not longer in my opinion. With the loadshedding being so regular, it might be a good idea to maybe have a small gas burner available for those persons perhaps arriving late and in the dark and needing to warm some food. Even just one of those little portable in a suitcase stoves that can warm a pot of water or soup, that use those little canisters.

The cottage is lovely. It's got a great charm to it and a lovely view. Inside is nicely laid out and everything is very comfortable. Having the animals around was a great way to feel out of town and on holiday. We didn't know about the playground and that was a wonderful surprise and loved by our kids. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed playing the lawn games.

The cottage was big enough for 4 people, but would have preferred that the bathroom be separate from the main bedroom (or at least with a door).

Very chilled, home away from home. Remote enough while still being pretty close to the Langebaan town. the play area and animals were a hit with our Little One.

It is perfectly geared for a short holiday to Langebaan and environments, a smallholding with geese and small antelope, five minutes minutes from Langebaan's tourist traps but still out in the country and isolated from all that. Neat clean and comfortable retro type of accomodation but with the modern holiday conveniences like DSTV and Wifi. We have made this our go to accommodation when in this area.
