Breakfast, fresh, your staff very helpful. Reservation/ reception staff are ready to go an extra mile. Room service staff very alert and user friendly.

It is very sad to see how the city centre has deteriorated. There are a lot of beggars and I do not recommend walking alone in the evening. Always harassed by somebody wanting something to eat. The whole area around the castle is now a informal settlement.

Location is excellent. Walking to clients in the morning. The breakfast is limited but enjoyable. There is parking available. Your car will be parked and returned when required.

Our room was very small, but everything worked. Suitcases had to be on floor or bed; only 1 baggage stand. Power outlet requires adapter for North Am. plugs. Would be better with in-house restaurant for dinner, if not lunch as well.

Stayed here for 2 nights pre-cruise. The buffet breakfast was the best ever! Lots of choices, including hot & cold foods, fresh fruits, & yummy croissants. They only do breakfast, so had to find other meals at other places. Burger place a few doors to the left from the hotel door closed early; restaurant across the street from hotel front door was good, if a bit pricey. I needed an adapter to charge my various electronics - asked at front desk, & they had plug adapter I could use: it was "charged to my room, & then refunded when it was returned"... & the cost didn't appear on my checking-out bill.

Those flee markets infront of the hotel made it look a bit dodgy from outside.

It is located in the city center which made it easy to get to various locations.

Rooms could be a bit cleaner. Carpets definitely needed good cleaning or replaced. Our bathroom had a leak from ceiling above, likely from toilet overflow so was gross. We put a towel down so staff would notice but not sure anything was done, nothing was mentioned to us do we could only assume it was cleaned well. Must have sprayed for bugs the day we arrived. The spray smell was overwhelming in the hallways and the rooms. Not at all pleasant for first night. Could have warned guests but the odor dissipated by the next night so we survived but very unpleasant odor.

The breakfast was fine. Maybe a little more variety would help, especially with the eggs. Your staff at breakfast was wonderful, always with a greeting and smile. The room was quiet. Hotel is great central location and walking distance to many places. Felt very safe there. Most all staff were very pleasant but extra kudos to your breakfast greeter and staff. They were just the most pleasant ladies!

Housekeeping, honestly the ladies are not doing much when it comes to cleaning our rooms, we were a group and all of us sharing same thing about cleaning of our rooms, they taking short cuts, the property is okay but the way they cleaning our rooms is not good at all.

The room has carpet, not good for me me since I'm suffering from sinuses. Pillos not comfortable it's far soft
