Room 212 aircon blows down into face when trying to sleep. We paid way too much extra just to get access to room with bath, even after discount Traffic noisy - did not get the room away from roads, as requested in booking, also had to upgrade to get bath after requesting it in booking.

Breakfast yes, but was included by me in booking but staff warned us about having to pay each morning, saying afterwards, they will address it, but every morning someone checked if we prepared to pay the R250. Very annoying.

Staff were really welcoming and made a special effort with our little boy. The rooms are really spacious and the bed was so comfy. The pool area is lovely. The hotel has 2 dogs who are so sweet and friendly.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Very good location, close to the best restaurants and shoppings in town. Staff was provided all the support required with excellent communication. Room was comfortable and bathroom very clean. Breakfast also delicious.

This place is amazing! The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfy ! The decor is so modern and the smell is as if every furniture was delivered yesterday! I very much enjoyed my stay and also the food at the restaurant:) The staff is very friendly, accommodating and super professional!Always there to answer any questions!! The pool upstairs is fantastic too!10/10 will definitely come back when in Joburg! Many thanks guys ☺️🙏🏽

The food and service were excellent. Thabo, Maria, and Frank worked extra hard to make sure our needs were met. We planned to stay at another hotel on our return, but changed to this hotel because of the wonderful staff and service. Hazel and Maggie (house dogs) are great additions to an already great staff.

My stay was really short, cannot pin point anything. I have read on reviews about the TV. I did not see the remote, and it seems correct that they are no channels?

The interior is homely, detailed finishings, really boutique hotel styled cosy. Enjoyed the temperature and pressure of the shower and views. The restaurant had amazing servings too. Location is central and reachable without hassle.

The green juice for breakfast it was not fresh. And they mixed lemons, cucumber and strawberries in the water jug. One ingredient is enough.

I have nothing negative to say about this. The entire experience was lovely. And not to mention the hotel doggies!!

We, like many travelers, were worried staying in Joburg, considering the crime stereotypes, so we wanted to choose a safe, yet comfortable hotel and THIS was it. Fully gated hotel with a 24/7 security guard and walking distance from Rosebank mall area. We even ran to it one day and were totally fine. The area is great and close to everything, would HIGHLY recommend.

Of the two breakfasts consumed during our stay, the takeaway box we ordered for the first morning (we were picked up at 6.15am for a drive to Pilanesberg game reserve) was disappointing as it consisted of only sweet sugary foods and no healthy or savoury items, and no coffee. The second morning's breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good however the chef was extremely slow in making an omelette and it wasn't clear why. One guy was taking orders and making coffee, he was also on the reception desk and I would say overstretched at 7.30am. They really needed one more person.

Our room was fabulous, very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bed and great shower. The staff were nice, professional and helpful. The location was perfect.

The rooftop area and especially the pool is a bit small, but good to refresh yourself after travelling

Nice decor, very secure guarded location and a short Uber ride from anything we needed. The room was huge, clean and beautifully designed.
