Great overall. They only have the lower floors of the building, so there was no chance to get a room with any kind of view. Breakfast very nice and great service!

Great Hotel from 3rd Floor also sea view. Kindly helpful staff, fancy entrance via face control, secured parking, good wifi, huge TV, comfy bed and breakfast in the restaurant Sonny&Irene downstairs a la Carte order with 290 Rand per Person, good food, super service

The soundproofing in the rooms could have been better

The staff were very welcoming and kindly left us a special treat in our room as we were here on honeymoon. The location is safe as was the free parking . The breakfast allowance for Sonny and Irene was generous and we enjoyed all the dishes we had there. Great view from the roof and very comfy bed.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was good in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The roof was spacious, clean, the bed comfy. Loved that the hotel had an underground parking. Staff was very helpful, they even arranged breakfast for us to go when we had to leave early the next day. Will stay here again on the next visit to Cape Town.

Accessibilit:. As a country pumpkin, I found the complex where the hotel is situated a bit daunting. The hotel is in a building (Station House), and finding a parking space close to the entrance to check-in is like going through a labyrinth. I want more signs in the parking lot showing directions to the hotel lobby and the dedicated hotel parking. Even outside the building, one would expect more prominent signs to indicate that there is a hotel in the Station House building. Next time, I shall find my way much more easily.

The security stood out. It is a very safe haven. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. There are excellent-quality restaurants in the complex. My room had a little kitchenette, which is nice if one wants to fetch takeaways and eat in the room.

Location is close to the beach and main road, restaurants and supermarkets. Room was modern, clean and spacious . Reception staff was wonderful. Breakfast at the restaurant was great.

The room was quite long/narrow and the bathroom small but assume this was just our particular room and wasn't a huge problem.

The staff were amazing, as was the breakfast in the cafe attached and the staff in there. The room has everything we needed and parking was free!

Staff are absolutely amazing which makes ones trip easy. Restaurant downstairs is excellent with food and staff. The hotel itself is central and very beautiful. I have been there 2x and will go again.

Nothing about the property really, it was more of the busy road where its located. However understandable as its right in the city.

The property is modern and edgy. We were very pleased with the aesthetics all round, by the reception, the rooms and all other spaces. The room was more spacious than we anticipated which was great. The facilities in the room such as the mini kitchenette was a lovely experience and makes it stand out.

-> Only negative was the construction noises which occurred on the first 2-3 days BUT only from 11am-2pm. Most days we were leaving around this time when it began, so it doesn't bother us a whole lot. However, if we would've wished to stay in our rooms and relax there until the afternoon, then it would've mattered. Also, from the room we had on the 2nd floor we could hear each time the elevator was arriving and/or departing the level. The "ding" sounded during all hours, so if we would've been light sleepers it could've really affected us. However, we were that tired from running around each day that we only heard it every now and again before falling asleep...IN THE SUPER COMFY BEDS :) All in all, I'd 100% recommend anyone to stay here and we'll surely be back upon our next visit to the MOTHER CITY. Very fairly priced for fantastic value!

-> First and foremost, the staff were so lovely. Without even saying anything to the reception team upon my arrival, they noticed I came with flowers to greet my girlfriend as it was her birthday. After checking in and allowing us a few hours to settle, 2 staff members knocked on the door and brought a cupcake and a sparkling wine for us to enjoy! Super sweet :) This was a very caring and "homely" touch which really made her day. Best of all, the card they wrote was so well worded. 10/10. -> Breakfast was a whole lot of fun each and every day at the joined cafe, Sonny and Irene. This cafe/restaurant had such a wonderful interior design, very friendly waiters and great chefs, as well as a cool vibe to kickstart the day! After staying for 1 week, we looked forward to their iced/warm coffee mixtures, tasty juices and a wide variety of delicious meals. We loved it! -> The beds were super comfy and perfect for resting after days of exploring Cape Town! The room was SUPER spacious.

I could have been unlucky with my neighbours but it was very noisy at night, I could hear people in the corridor and music.

The breakfast and location were really great and the staff were super friendly. My room was comfy and it was lovely having a sea view.
