Cons of this accommodation: poor WiFi, our room was directly above the kitchen, so we heard kitchen noises in the morning and evening.

This accommodation was probably the best we've had in the city. The room was spacious and newly furnished. I must also appreciate the quality of the pillows; in case they weren't suitable, a pillow menu was available. Great location. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, just as the reviews stated. There was a wide selection of food - both savory and sweet, with high-quality ingredients. Special thanks to the staff, always helpful and cheerful, especially during breakfast.

Nothing. It was perfect for me but I did need an Uber to go anywhere. It’s not the distance, it was the steep hills for me, I’m 70 and can’t walk hills anymore. But Ubers were very quick and very inexpensive.

The view was amazing from my room or the dining room. The free breakfast was beyond my expectations, top notch and huge variety. The staff was exceptional in every way, very engaging since I was solo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I didn’t want to leave!

Self-drove so the slight hump while exiting the gate is something to look out for. Will be better when driving a car with higher clearance.

Booked the superior sea view and it's really nice. The room looks much nicer than the pictures. Very clean and comfortable, spacious with a great view. Great design. Love the bathroom. Amenities are great. Will recommend!

Nothing at all, everything was amazing.

Great staff, very comfortable. Large room, great value includes a balcony and great view of the mountains. This included breakfast which was really great. Also, the pantry works on an honour system, you can take snacks, drinks, beer, wine, etc and just write down what you took and your room number and then you are billed at the end of your stay. The pantry is open 24 hours. The prices for drinks and snacks are very reasonable, 75 ZAR for a beer as an example.

All was perfect!

Great location in a safe area, clean rooms, and very close to the beach. We couldn’t swim as we were told the water was very cold but enjoyed very much walking along the sea every day. The hotel serves continental breakfast with decent options; the menu for lunch and dinner has few options but all the few things we tried were tasty. All the staff are very kind and went out of their way many times to make our stay perfect!

Absolutely nothing!

Breakfast & coffee was a definite highlight & the staff were exceptional and prompt. The chicken/mayo toastie was absolutely phenomenal & I would highly recommend it if you are wanting to nibble on something with a drink while sitting on the pool deck taking in the views! Staff went over & above to make guests feel at home and welcome and always willing to assist with whatever you need.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

The hospitality. Staff is super friendly! From the reception to the restaurant staff. They put in a lot of preparation before a guest arrives. My room really felt like it belonged to me and i was truly at home. The signed card in my room. Very thoughtful. Their food is really good too. My room had lovely view facing the ocean. My room smelt delicious too. I really liked the idea of having Netflix in my room as well. Bathroom was squeaky clean and the interior is also beautiful. Out of 10 id give this place a solid 15👌🏾
