Close to airport and geared up for it. Their own shuttle bus to terminal every half hour from 4am. Breakfast from 4am to cater for early flights. Good restaurant. Good room.

Lunch service was lacking, but other than that, nothing else we didn't like.

Great stay. Good shuttle service. Comfortable beds, clean rooms with USB sockets, good breakfast and restaurant. Shower was lovely. Most of the staff were great.

Breakfast had one of the biggest selections I have ever seen. However, consider a slightly reduced range of options and do them really well. (Provide a proper coffee machine and ensure pastries are fresh.) Minor comments: dual flush toilets only save water if both modes are working. The towel rail in the bathroom was too high to be user friendly.

Perfect location for an overnight stay between flights. Particularly appreciated the regular free shuttle services. Staff were friendly and helpful. Efficient and quick check in. Very good dinner. Excellent staff in restaurant. Quiet room and comfortable bed. Glad to see attempts at energy efficiency and reduced packaging for toiletries etc. Not quite convinced by ‘Verdinos’ but gave us a laugh and did make the point. Congratulations to management for ensuring efficient service whilst still providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Tile trim around the floor of in the bathroom had not been cleaned in awhile.

Location is awesome - staff is very friendly and knowledgeable - shuttle was on time - treated ourselves to pedicures at the spa - food was great too

I guess not cheap but you do get a lot for it, just didnt have a chance to use all the facilities like the spa.

Perfect for an early flight or a late arrival. Very efficient, friendly and professional staff. The food at the restaurant was very good. Lovely outdoor area. Overall pleasantly surprised!

It was expensive for two adults and one child.

Hotel Verde was extremely convenient as we arrived at Cape Town International on a late flight. It gave us a chance to have a good night's sleep and a lovely breakfast before being returned to the car hire area, ready for the next part of our journey. The shuttle service was helpful and efficient and the check-in was also speedy. The staff were professional and well-practised at helping guests get to where they needed to be without delay. The green area outside was lovely and gave us a chance to catch our breath for a few minutes before departure.

We loved everything about the hotel. Certainly a comfortable recommended stay over for any traveller. Every staff member we dealt with were a real pleasure...obviously well trained well done to them all. Our evening meal at the restaurant was delicious. The room was huge and VERY comfortable

We did not know that the shower was in the room and not in a separate bathroom. This could have been made clearer.

Very helpful staff which made all the difference when travelling with a baby. Great shuttle service to the aiport. The eco pool is very refreshing. Nice food and drink, great breakfast. Not at all what I expected from an airport hotel.
