Breakfast was nice, but if you stay for longer it is repetitive. I would suggest to have options other than eggs. Maybe pancakes or waffles? Anyway, it was still good overall.

According to us, the curtains are not darkening the room enough. We found it a pity that only 1 table outside was available at the breakfast. It would be nice if there would be more tables outside for breakfast, for sure when the weather is nice.

Everybody working at this accomodation was very kind and helpfull. We were able to park the car on the site of the accomodation. We arrived late at this accomodation and it was not a problem at all to check-in after midnight. The views from the room where we stayed were wonderfull, the room is spacious.

Unfortunately the neighbourhood was quite noisy, with loud music from the nearby estate and a lot of dogs barking. Our TV did not work.

The staff were fantastic. Especially Jeremiah was incredibly helpful. Our bed was very comfortable, and the view from our balcony was second to none! Very good cooked breakfast options.

Parking space is a little confined, esp if you have a bigger car. Need to advise before booking so they can book garage parking for you.

The top balcony has such lovely views, so it would be nice to have some comfy chairs and shade up there. The location is on the hill just outside of Hout Bay and can be a bit noisy at night, although it wasn't too bad.

We were so warmly welcomed and treated by Dee, Jeremiah and the rest of the staff - they are a special bunch of people! The room was very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The views are unsurpassed! We did have some trouble with electricity and water supply (being South Africa), but the house has solar and the staff made sure we had water. Breakfast was delicious!

The fridge in the room was noisy as it kept cutting in and out with load shedding.

A little out of town so you need a car or taxi to get to the beach and shops

Large room, very large comfy bed, good shower..the staff were very friendly and helpful and cooked a magnificent breakfast, despite electricity problems. ( they used camping gas) ..it’s a mile or so out of town but great value

The driveway is very steep, especially for low vehicles. The rooms on the top floor are closely grouped together so it can get abit noisy.

The view is from the balcony is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My car was parked safely and securely in the garage. The facilities are clean, neat and tidy. The full English breakfast was delicious. All round value for money.
