What a wonderful stay I had here! Andy is totally 'rocking' the place, such a nice guest house owner with lovely staff. The braai was an aweseome way to meet other guests. Nice pool and a quiet surrounding. You do need a car to get here, or to get to the center or anything in the neighbourhood. This 'rockstar' would love to thank Andy and his amazing staff, and she wishes to come back!

This place is a coming home itself. Andy and his staff are just the sweetest and also the funniest. We had a small suprise braai and that was just so lekker! The room we had was close to the breakfast and the pool, just what you need. Thank you for the nice two nights here. Oh did I mention the dog Max, also the sweetest :-) and no there are NO cockroaches here, they're harmless crickets

At first Max, the cutest dog during our trip in SA. we had a great stay at howberry hills. Location is stunning in the old stables. Clean room and great shower and a superb bed. My first good night sleep was here. :) breakfast is superb with a lot of options and fresh passionfruits. We did not attend the braai, but Andy (owner) does this on request if there are enough participants. Great stay in plettenberg bay

The location is stunning! The host (Andy) and his team are incredible and you can see that they love their job! Andy even build a small fence to protect our daughter from falling off the deck. It’s a place to fully relax after a great day in Tsitsikamma national park.

Great location and short drive from main road to Plettenberg. Peace and quite up in the hills. Andy is a very welcoming host who makes you feel at home. Amazing view at the pool

It’s not only a great place to sleep, but also a whole experience. Andy organised a family braai, which was lovely. The rooms are clean and cosy. We even got an upgrade for the last night. Definitely recommend this place!!

Our room's toilet and shower area was open plan ... so not much privacy (wish this had been mentioned in the room description) the workaround is that your partner can relax by the porch for privacy. .also, the other rooms do have enclosed shower / toilets. There is only one TV is in the common area, non in the bedrooms .. most guests were out, so it is possible to have it to yourself.

Friendly staff, and owner is very accommodating. Allowed to store food in the fridge/freezer, and was made to feel at home. Rooms were very clean. We stayed In Sugarbush, which has a daybed outside so you can enjoy the garden view and amazing bird life or relax with a book from the common area library. Saw some Loeries and other beautiful birds without leaving the porch! Mall is less than 15 minutes drive out. Felt very safe and comfortable and well rested and will return if I'm in the area.
