The pool was very dirty and I could not get in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food on the breakfast buffet was delicious. The room had a very small bathroom, but I enjoyed have the kitchenette area with plates and utensils, along with the microwave and refrigerator.

Access to airport Shuttle service would have been a great addition, especially for people arriving close to midnight or early hours.

Location was great. Close enough to the mall (5mins walk) and far enough for privacy and security. Breakfast was modest but also good. I liked the gym facilities: small but adequate to keep fit when travelling.

Sink in the bathroom was a bit small, no mirrors anywhere in the rooms except the lounge area . Only 1 bin in the entire 2 bedroom unit.

could hear noise from the next-door room easily like when the TV was on, maybe because it was on the ground floor. everything else was perfect.

there were no carpets in the rooms which helps with allergies, had iron and board which is a must for me, specious bed and location is close to Rosebank mall. there were also minimum self-catering conditions for those travelling for leisure.

The only issues we have with our two bedroom apartment was the leaking shower that floods the bathroom as well as the lack of water pressure in such an establishment was disappointing.

The staff were definitely the highlight of our visit , the check in staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay.

There was a group of American tourists that took over the pool deck often playing their own music quite loudly so often you couldn't have a relaxing drink after work. The Dryers in the laundry did not work to well and left clothes damp. Could do with another washing machine as the single one was always busy as some people put in clothes on a very long cycle.

Great location close the mall for shopping. Nice pool deck with a convenient bar with a friendly bar lady.

No full length mirror in the rooms. Rooms felt bare and minimal. Only sport and News Channels available on the room tvs.

We spent two evenings in Hyatt House before our flight back home. It's close proximity to Rosebank Mall was ideal (a mere 7 min walk). Always friendly and helpful, the staff were amazing. The room was spotless, modern and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, and will definitely stay with them next time we are in Johannesburg.

Awesome location just next to Rosebank mall. Even in Joburg it felt safe to walk there, with guards really close by. The staff is super friendly, breakfast is amazing, and the rooftop pool is nice, even though a bit small.
