There were rats which destroyed our grocery , complaint was logged , hopefully they will get rid of . The shower didn't have cover so there was water all around after a shower.

The place is nice very clean and just walking distance from the Umshlanga beach. The beds , kitchen , living room were very clean and the balcony is quite nice beach view. The gas bry needs cleaning because the burners not working properly however we had a nice bry also. The security was very helpful and the swimming pool was also very nice. The bathroom was beautiful and well maintained.

When I made a booking through the app, I booked for a 2 bedroom but only to find out I was booked for a single bedroom sharing with wife and kids, had to come up with a sleeping plan. 😔

The staff was friendly, the place was neat & well look after. There's a weber braai at the balcony which uses gas which was convinient for me as I was traveling with a toddler and family. The amenities around and it was less than a 100m from the beach, the view as well was beautiful. Thank you to the Hyde Park resort and the staff for a beautiful stay

The balcony sliding window was difficult to open.

The lights went off only in our room while we were cooking and had to call security to get the lights back. Either than that we had a good stay.

I liked almost evrything about de place. However, I would like to suggest that in bathrooms der should be bath gel on caretacy of de resort.

The place is quite n nice. Near de sea n shops. It's very clean. Bathrooms are vry clean n enough towels for all bedrooms n bathrooms.

Saw a rodent ran on the terrace , we managed to get it out, and then next morning i was leaning over the terrace to see where it came from i saw a small green mamba sitting on the ledge. We manage to push it over in the trees with the broom. I did tell reception they need to trim the trees as this how they can get in and the pool area and jungle gym is there the kids have to be careful. Other than this the place is beautiful

The beds are confortable even thought its was 2 single very comfortable, boys slept on sleeper couch was also comfortable, bath, all very clean and spaceous. Large patio terrace very spacious. The view and peacefullness. Secure and safe parking. Close to beach and oceans mall. Stayed 2 nyts, but wanted to stay longer place was fully booked.

There was no bath mat which i believe its a requirement in any bathroom to avoid slip ups after the shower

The bed in the main bedroom..it's horrible...Need another tv in the main bedroom plus an aircon..Fans make a big noise...The noise at the pool on Friday night still early hours of Saturday morning was very bad ....plus the ppl are drinking and leaving empty alcohol bottles and cans at the pool side...

The location and cleanliness...The staff that assist us was excellent...

Please advise booker or rephrase the noise part. As much as you are doing business but make know BOLDLY that noise or party is not allowed within the process of booking however we enjoyed. Lastly please show us a friendly welcome upon arrival make us feel that you are happy for us coming there, not to give us strange welcome that makes us feel like strangers in a wrong place. But the place is super.. I have recommended my other colleague to come this coming Saturday
