Coco the cutest doggie there and David who managed everything so well. Great communication with him. Very warm welcome. They are lucky to have him. On the ball properly.

The tranquillity was broken by ongoing renovations during my stay. I feel this should be done during winter when there are no guests. There were dogs jumping and slobbering over me, chewing my car tyres and paintwork and following me everywhere, even though the terms and conditions state no pets allowed. The rooms are lined up like dormitories with little privacy. The furnishings and amenities are functional but uninspiring. There is plenty of space for a kitchenette to store items. It doesn't create a good impression having a fridge and microwave at one end of the room and a desk at the other end with a few pieces of cheap cutlery in a plastic bowl. Finally the price is too high for what is on offer. I have stayed in much more luxurious and charming properties for far less.

misrepresentation of the type of room or accomodation it was, it isn’t a Queen Suite but a just a large room, no kitchen, no kitchen sink, the level of noise from other staff members outside our window, the parking that was not properly organised

Visiting hours are restricted to 8pm and the alarm goes on at 10 so when you want to step out it goes off

The view room was amazing and a very friendly cute dog on the facility

The location was not great, too remote. The surroundings was scary and not ideal for late night outings.The pictures of the place on booking.com were very deceiving. We were alone on the property, there was no other guests.

The host and the care taker were very unprofessional and unethical.We had an accident where we were not aware that visitors are not allowed after 20:00 and our friend's came to see us very quietly,the caretaker send me a msg saying they not allowed after 20:00 and I replied and said we didn't know but they will leave within an hour..the host had to budge in our room uninvited and told our visitors to leave and they escorted them out..mind you we not even making a single noise, we were very quiet and they never told us that they not allowed after 20:00 meanwhile the rules of the properly said quite hours start from 22:00..We were very disappointed by such reaction.

Furniture and decor are mismatched. No bedside lamps, bathroom door has no handles. Patio door and interleading door both get stuck. Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids; get there sleeper couch pointed out but no linen. Also 2 towels only. Eventually was sorted out. Sleeper couch narrow and uncomfortable. Place has a weird smell, next morning dog comes in and pees inside: smell explained..

Poor ventilation in room (wall stains from dripping water), may need to install an extractor, poor lighting for day and night, hard beds. May also put room air fresheners

There were no side lamps and bedside carpets. The view from the house is not as impressive and close like on the website. It was a mission to access the beach from the house.

The room is a nice big size. The bathroom is nice and the water temperature excellent. I like that the rooms have a bar fridge and microwave and iron. The staff members are very friendly.

The Nagasaki ruins beneath the swimming pool detracted from the beautiful, scenic sea view. We would have liked a small kitchenette area with a wash-up sink, though. The microwave oven needs a shelf or countertop, as opposed to being precariously balanced atop the fridge.

The view was amazing, and David was really, really accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The swing bench by the pool is lovely, and the perfect place for a couple to enjoy sundowners. And how could we forget about Coco? She is such an amazing doggie - she stole our hearts!!!! All in all, we felt secure and really at home here!

There was no cutlery or utensils besides 2 teaspoons and 2 cups ..I had to ask for glasses ...we had to buy paper plates our food went off ..the Fridge was not working properly water was all over the floor ...fridge was going off and coming on all the time..overall everything else was good ..David is a good man ...there is no really kitchen there we had to use the bathroom tap to wash dishes and get water

It had guests that were noisy,we stayed closed to the gate and could hear every in and out at night and as early as 5am till we left there was noise/machines running...

The room is spacious,beautiful and clean. The view is also beautiful. And the guy that works there is kind.

The room was really neat and clean, staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us, definitely value for money and I would highly recommend it anyone wanting to travel to Illovo
