Reception was not friendly and they did not treat me like a guest or tell me rules until I needed assistance . I was simply given the keys when I arrived. My room was the most most expensive but it did not have a shower. The basics like water and coffee milk was not there.

Facility on point. A bit of improvements around the facility.grounds and general appearance would raise the bar . Also the water pressure at the showers requires a bit more bars .

Facility is good .Feel pity for the business as eskom is squeezing their margins to nothing due to back up power / diesel provision . Maybe a solar power project would payoff in the longterm ,

There was an extremely rowdy bunch of guests nearby that was screaming and laughing undeterred on top of their voices until about 23hr40. We eventually got used to the noise and ultimately slept through the noise. I had hoped that the security guard would call them to order, but to no avail. The presence of such calibre of guests really detracted from the aesthetics of the exquisite building.

It was quiet. The room was clean and smelled nice, and view 👌 I love everything about Imbali. Everything is inside the room and written down. I got the room that I booked. The breakfast was very nice.

No internet, Could not get invoice as they were offline. Very noisy at night. Staff talking loudly in passages and other guest laughing and talking loudly at 2am.

The water in the shower was very cold and even when we tried to wait for 10 minutes which is very long and wasting water, no hot water came through. The bath tub was slightly warmer but there was no hot water in the toilet at all.

It was spacious. The the facilities were working with TV and clean. The breakfast was well made and delicious so I enjoyed staying an sleeping there.

My booking was clearly marked for a couple but only one set of towels was available, similarly for the eating utensils, so dinner is served in the room and you have to request utensils, the food was delivered luke warm and with the wait for utensils it became even colder.

The dinner and breakfast were average, the service was not good.

I'm grateful they allocated mom in the room without steps because she has a bad knee. But first night when she couldn't sleep because of the generator noise that we didn't know about,I asked for her to be moved to a far away room but was refused plain blank cos I asked late in the day. There is no access to wash a plate,dish or cups when dirty outside of kitchen staff working hours. You sleep with dirty dishes in the room. One side of the electric blanket was not working.

The lady on duty the 7th evening was very rude in stating her point that she is already leaving time was 21h05 and she had failed to alert us of the premises rules that you close at 21h00 and we arrived with her transport she was so rude but us being pollite forced her to reopen office and help us pay ....Staff should always be pleasant no matter what are the circumstances

when we booked, it said pay at the property, i then sent them a message to say we will be arriving late no response so i called to advise they said fine no problem, when we arrived around 22:45 they said we only take cash which we did not have and refused to assist us even to do an eft only cash, the guard that assisted was very rude and we had no option but to go looking for an ATM at that time of the night. very disappointing.
