We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaA coffee plunger lid broke (it was clearly old as it broke along the wooden seam). We reported it to house keeping. Once we had checked out we were called 2 hours later and told we had to buy a new plunger and replace it. I then had to drive back to Kenton to buy a simple plunger and drop it at the accommodation. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional

The heated pool, the comfortable bed, that they provide spices, herps and olive oil for you to cook with. For children they have books and games. Great place for a family. Oh and the manager was amazing

United KingdomCouple of issues Front door jammed and we were locked in. Credit to John he got the maintenance team in double quick. There were a few occasions when we were without water. Quickly resolved but none the less inconvenient. Needs looking at.
From the super efficient and super friendly welcome from John to the wow factor as soon as we entered the apartment and then the unbelievable space available to us we were absolutely delighted. So much so be doubled the length of our stay. This a testament to the property because apart from the beach there’s not that much to Kenton on sea. That said if you want a complete chill break and a stay in sumptuous accommodation give it a try. All in all it’s a credit to the owners and the management team and we felt privileged to have been able to stay there.

South AfricaIf there can be a special host transport that can take visitors to the beach even to the shops etc, with additional cost of course if need be or can be inclusive to the booking. Even if one use his or her own transport, one visit to relax and it would be much more interesting if services of been driven around were available. That’s my opinion.
