A beautiful place to spend a weekend away, or for an even longer stay. The grounds were emaculate. The unit we stayed in had all the amenities needed. The lodge is situated close to most activities and super special that Kruger Park Phambeni gate is a stone's throw away. Although close to the mall, once you get in at the gate, you are met with peace and tranquility. A special shoutout to the friendly securities and super responsive and helpful maintenance and cleaning staff.

South AfricaUnit 227B has clearly had an upgrade, visually the unit is beautifully done with fresh modern cupboards, tiles, the kitchen and bathrooms were lovely - however the workmanship is really shoddy- none of the cupboards or drawers close properly, the toilet seat is fitted skew and the towel racks come off the wall These small things can be fixed easily, improving the overall experience
The resort is well maintained with friendly staff I liked the clean pool areas and there was lots of space to relax at the pool area Our unit was clean and tidy, and beds and couches were comfortable

Also it is mentioned in the information sheet about calling reception about noise after 10. There should a security patrol after 10 to stop the noise after 10pm

South Africathe check-in staff were horrific. If it wasn't for the unit and the assistance of the owner I would probably never stay at Kruger park lodge again. Both Michael and Hlengiwe were rude and extremely unhelpful in assisting us. Inside the unit there is only one shower which is fine but would be great if there is more light in the shower itself, the rest of that bathroom is great. The other small point is the counter top work space in the kitchen is very small, with 8pax it would be very restrictive, maybe a counter top between the kitchen and lounge will help and it would add some cupboard space (just a suggestion)
The unit has been renovated and is now very modern and well fitted out. We were a family of 5 but the unit sleeps 8 which is great. kids loved sleeping upstirs.

South AfricaNo clean towels until we asked, last day we only was left with 3 towels for 5 people to use. No broom or mop to wipe the unit , especially with all the rain. The bath was never cleaned , there was n dirt ring every night that we had to clean. No iron, but there was an iron boatd, we went to buy an iron. The key broke in the one bathroom, they came out to open it , but never replaced the key, as they said they would. (Doors dont close properly. Nice place but it needs a little tlc and housekeeping needs to improve a lot

South AfricaUpon arrival, the upstairs carpet were being dried. Staff told us it was due to a leaking room… owner said it was the bath… carpets were wet and stank like urine the entire trip. We engaged the owner and were brushed off as a non issue. We endured the smell for the entire stay. In addition, there were electrical hazards for the kids as well… open plugs and a fan that blew up with sparks.
Hi, the lodge itself was great. Nice pools and great location to the Kruger.
