The bedroom was very comfortable but the shower outside is not for everyone like older people or even when it's colder or when it rains.

We liked everything and we would like to give 5 stars to our guide Marvin because without him this trip would not have been so special!

Nothing as it is as close to perfection as you will get.

This is my second visit here in just under a year and I live in Australia so you know this place is very special. The accommodation is perfect, the staff are amazing and the food is divine. The game in the national park is incredible and the hotels highly experienced rangers help you really appreciate it.

Nothing just the road to get there is full of potholes but that isn’t the problem of the lodge!

The food was amazing, the staff was very warm and professional and the suite (S1) was exceptional! We even tried to extend our stay but was fully booked!

Everything is superb thank you. The Boma supper was a highlight. The staff are wonderful. Aaron our waiter deserves a special mention . He was very efficient and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff, rangers everyone was polite and well trained. We had a very unusual weather front came in and was incredibly disappointing. However because the place was so lovely we were able to cope and would love to visit again when the weather is good.

It was one of the most beautiful stays of our honeymoon! They exceeded our expectations by far - the food was just amazing (Michelin worthy) and everyone was so friendly. The game drives were incredible (we had Anja really recommend her) - we saw so many animals all the time, even two lions crossed our car a few meters away from us…) What also surprised me is that there are not many cars in the national park, you are mostly alone (from what I have heard in Kruger it’s quite different). SUPER RECOMMENDED

The outdoor shower was lovely but the children were scared of bugs so they wouldn’t use it. There was nothing wrong with it and there was a bath indoors!

I made the suggestion that in between the morning and evening tours, that some kind of fun area for ping pong, darts and a pool table would be available. Reading material and newspaper. Some of us don’t do sun and would prefer not to be in a bathing suit but drinks around a game area would be nice!

Absolutely beautiful, immaculate, the rooms are 5 star, but what sets this lodge apart is the service. So ready to assist in any way and the big smiles and kind hearts of all from front desk to restaurant to cleaning. Tanya our driver was so smart well informed fun and made my whole safari experience something I will never forget. Thank you !! From Kentucky USA.

Food buffet sometimes had burned food, but in general the food and service great

Rooms were luxuriously outfitted, with king-sized bed and massive bathroom with a large bath and outdoor shower. Each evening there is turndown service, and replacement of water and snacks/drinks in the room. Each morning before game drive there was coffee and snacks, after game drive there was breakfast, before afternoon drive there is tea with snacks and after the drive there is dinner. Food was great, and rangers are super friendly

The African bush is just magical. There was a huge bush fire in the reserve but we felt safe as the staff was calm and confident.

The only thing I would add is an activity or show in the evening The open air shower in the room was surprising. In the evening during the time we were there it was cold to bathe in it. I would add another convenient faucet in the bathtub inside the room

Nothing to report in this regard. If only the staff would give directions to the place, e.g. mention prominent and clear landmarks.

I liked the way a misunderstanding was resolved in an amicable manner. The last night was very well organized, supper in the boma with a wide choice of food. The rangers were knowledgeable, friendly and punctual.

There is nothing that could be improved upon really. If I had one suggestion it would be that the lunch menu could be reduced, yes reduced as it is not necessary to produce a 3 course lunch 2 hours after the majority of guests have finished breakfast.

The whole experience was first class. The Game Drives and guides were all excellent and we saw so much animal life it was amazing. The lodge staff were all very friendly and quietly efficient.
