Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The place was clean. The staff was friendly, and one guy assisted us with our luggage. We complained about the noise from the street they moved us to a quiet room. The hotel is close to the mall and restaurants. I enjoyed staying there.

United KingdomPerhaps the occasional rug because the tiled room felt a little hard and cool sometimes but this only a minor point. 5 nights stay and only one tiny cockroach is fine by me. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.
The hotel is in a great location a few minutes walk from Rosebank Mall. I stayed in room 108 which is very spacious for a lone traveller made larger with the inclusion of a large balcony. I have to give mention of the breakfasts which are served in the Rosebud restaurant next door to the hotel. There is a great choice of items on offer whether you want a hot or cold meal. The chef does some marvellous egg dishes and all the staff are very welcoming. The room felt very safe with someone always on reception whenever I passed.

South AfricaBeautiful facility, real value for money in the heart fof Rosebank. Kitchen staff need customer training, halfway through my meal I was asked to go get a voucher from reception to continue eating lol. Next time you go the voucher and let the customer enjoy their meal was jy advice

South AfricaCleaners need to stop cleaning the foyer steps during busy time because they are rude if people step while its wet or they must mop small space and dry it. Restaurant must try and alternate the hot foods for breakfast chicken livers,baked beans and pepper combo must be alternated because they taste as if they are reheated.

The breakfast needs to improve especial the hot foods everyday chicken livers, backed beans and peppers with onions. The muesli with yoghurt is terrible because the yoghurt becomes runny rather let it be served separately. Ricoffy needs to be changed….. nobody enjoys ricoffy its terrible. Jacobs sticks would cost more or less. On the last day the chicken livers were burnt but still served.

South AfricaThe apartment wasn’t cleaned properly. Found that only where you can see was cleaned off. The couch was not comfortable at all. The fact that you have to get a ticket for breakfast, that you’re limited too as well was just not it. Breakfast served was too limited especially for them calling it a buffet. The bath/shower situation is one that I’ll never get used to because of slip and fall incidents.
The staff was absolutely amazing.

Georgiamy ac didn't work, but i didn't bother to ask the staff about it so idk nothing backed up rooms during the load sheddings and the floor felt a little more dirty then it should be
breakfast was really good, and i happened to book it at night because the place stayed nearby was just unbelievably disgusting beds were also really nice, and it felt pretty safe inside in general its an ok place ro stay, nothing spectacular (maybe the breakfast) but not too bad either i stayed in the cheapest room available (it was pretty big) the staff also gave me an adapter for my chargers and helped with paper priting it was comparatively quiet

South AfricaI didn't like the part where they wanted to take a picture of my bank card . I didn't like lifting my languages up the stairs. The iron also. Its a struggle to get.and once you get it you're pressurized to finish cause someone else wants it too.
I like the fact that it is located in a very safe area. Quite peaceful and most of all very close to the mall.
