The family room bathroom door made a lot of noise when it closed.

Rooms were well equiped self catering spaces with access to a large shared kitchen in the house with shared living room and TV room. Perfectly location for you to walk to the centre of town within 5 minutes. The property is next to the main road but there is little to no noise in the rooms.

This place is truly value for money rooms are immaculate and even better in person! Check in was super easy host Ansie is very welcoming. I felt poorly on the day of check out but Ansie went above and beyond to help. 5* Accommodation. We will 100% be back in the future. Thanks!

The beautiful old wooden floorboards in our room creaked quite a bit and no coffee making facility in the room. One had to use the well designed open plan communal kitchen for coffee etc. Which isn’t ideal if one wants a hot drink in the middle of the night without waking the other guests.

The interior and exterior was stunning with incredible art on the walls and many thoughtful touches designed make our stay comfortable. A well organized and stylish guesthouse with secure parking and within walking distance to the town and beaches. Wish all guesthouses were of this standard.

Great stay. The house is beautiful, the location very close to the city centre and the sea. Ansie, our host, was super welcoming (and helped us with parking the car haha). Definitely would recommend.

Well set out. Attention detail in all aspects. Common kitchen well organized. Full battery backup. Tastefully designed and furnished. Spacious parking and easy access to the unit. Has a nice deck and braai (BBQ) area that we didn’t realize they had until arriving, which we did not use, and will be back to test.

There was nothing I disliked

Despite being close to the busy Main Road we slept peacefully. The fully equipped shared kitchen was great. I certainly recommend this place.

It is a fantasticly laid out and decorated place with a very nice feel. The owners were friendly and approachable. Easy checkin and we arrived early no problem. The room was comfortable and spotless. It had a guest shared area which worked well as the other guests were easy to get on with. Location was fantastic easy walk to the centre in 5 min

Loved everything!

We stayed in the double room (there are 5/6 various sized bedrooms) and it was fabulous; an an entrance foyer, lovely bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries, storage space in the bedroôm, a door that opens onto a private terrace, tv and fan. The communal areas are lovely, a living room with large tv, dining room, well equipped and modern kitchen and eating area and a washing machine! Tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided too. The whole guesthouse was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and quiet. Wifi was excellent and we did not have any load shedding. Great location as it’s near the village centre and beach. Cannot praise this accommodation highly enough and recommend it to anyone seeking a gorgeous place to stay in lovely Hermanus.

The Wifi reception was very poor in our room. We had to leave the room for better quality reception. Would have loved the bathroom, specially the toilet area to be deep cleaned daily. I had to use the All purpose cleaner from kitchen to clean it myself.

The parking situation, as the entrance is on the main road so when you park the car or take out the car, you have to be extra careful with ongoing traffic, because people do not have the patience (specifically in summer) to wait for you.

The beds were very comfortable, the location is also good, very central as well, nearby by the mall. There were quite a few Halaal places as well in the town except the fast food which you can enjoy. The Gallery Cafe is a Halaal and quite a good option for Breakfast. Mount Everest, and The Red Chillie restaurants are good Indian food halaal places in the town

Interior of the house and room is beautifully designed and everything is well thought out. The room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The accommodation is situated within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, hiking and running paths. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to get us what we needed I will definitely be back!!
