Rest of the lodge is non functional and run down. The pool was dirty and the pool chairs were in a bad unusable condition. Clubhouse was closed, and gardens needed upkeep. The outside of the cabins are in need of maintenance. For the first night we didn't have any water or gas. The toilet and shower is old and needs attention. The TV works but no channels to watch, insects are taking over the accommodation inside and out. There was no night staff to assist with water issue and the toilet couldn't even be flushed. The dishes in the kitchen are very basic and old and we didn't even have glasses to drink from. The stove is old and didn't have gas, it was an uncomfortable stay throughout and we decided to spend most of our time outside the lodge. It was not a holiday and it was way too overpriced for the value it adds

the bungalow need to renovate, wardrobe i did not use as the board was damaged and dirty, one window is cracked, TV is old design, no dstv, the only signal tv chanels were blurring, the bunglaow equipt with a gas geyser, i experienced two loud scary bang from the tank when i use hot water during my stay. the body of the fridge was crack, although it works fine. you need to bring your own towels as they only provide 1 set. as well as shampoo and dishwasher liquid not provided. during the day there is no security guard, the gate was wide open. seems like a large area still under construction.restaurant closed down.

Cindy is a wonderful lady who always smile and provide assist on my requests swiftly. and the location is perfect in the centre of Sabie town, next to KFC and conveniance store. the bungalow is a perfect apartment design for whole family and good scenic mountain view

The place needs a total upgrade concerning electricity and watersupply. The restaurant was very poor.

Surroundings were excellent - charming from outside, but we did not sleep at the original booking, that was closed. We stayed at "Floreat" -same owner

The pictures posted are misleading compare to the actual facility...there's no restaurant in the facility as advertised, the rooms and furniture are old and not maintained, at times there's no water and electricity...we paid our money but didn't spend time inside the facility...we had to use or visit other places and we spent a lot of money than what we budgeted for.

we had no hot water in our initial room and the geyser started leaking into the room. we were then moved to a chalet which had a gas geyser but the water in the shower would only remain hot for about 2 minutes at a time

I overpaid and they say no refund, they should refund back the overpayment.

The staff was very professional, and it took me less than two minutes to check in. The services is excellent and accommodation was top of the range. i will definitely come back to have peace of mind.

They really need to change the kettle seems like it wast not been washed for a long time. They advertised the wrong photos the place does not look like it was shown in the pictures bugs and mosquitoes were flying freely in the room they say self catering....but there was no kitchen 🤔

The building is situated in a perfect location. From outside it looks beautiful but it was not comfortable at all.... not for decent peoples couldn't sleep whole night wiered sounds were coming from the roof and the old fan was making noise😴.... bed was really nice and comfortable.

The room was just not compatible with the price we paid worse is we were asked to move to other accommodation. Our room lacked towels, TV was not even clear, remote for air conditioning was not even working

The stuff doesn't make you feel at home and also when we booked we booked chalets for 2 couples and day before we received a call to inform us that our booking is hotel side the hotel side doesn't even feel like a hotel 💔. It didn't have that thing of being away from home...the place has a room for improvement if the owners can prioritize the comfort of their guests... the hotel is cold nothing is working... I mean a bit a proper deco would have made that place feel homely.. I felt like I was in a back room at home..
