They go the extra mile and beyond what is expected of them. I arrived late at night just after 10 pm to find them still waiting to welcome me in. Then in the morning i had a car breakdown while enroute to Training, they were there to help me find solutions and continued to care to find out if I made it home safely after having checked out in the morning. The pillows were a little bit hard but not that bad. It's a 20 minute drive from Sun City, so a good location, but there are a few potholes on the way so just drive carefully (of course this is out of the guesthouse's control though).

Very friendly and welcoming staff who were professional and down to Earth. It's a family run business so a great stay for a group of people, especially family. Breakfast was Delicious! Rooms were exceptionally clean. A great stay overall and good value for money.

Best value for money ever. Overall, it was very clean and well maintained. Close to Pilanesberg National Park. Splash pool with a good size outside area Secure covered parking for peace of mind, especially when you drive a rental! Strong Wi-Fi signal. Fridge in the room. A comfortable bed and tasty breakfast made for a "simple but stylish" stay - I will be back. Beauty is an excellent host with a good sense of humour and is very helpful. Even suggested packed breakfasts for guests planning an early entry into the game reserve Of course, there is more luxurious and exclusive accommodation available in and around the park, but it is horses for courses, and Joezebel Guest House can not be beaten on value for money.

The location, we got lost several times trying to find it. The property is homey however it can do with a lil touch up here and there. I feel like we paid more than we should have.

The room was clean. We appreciated that the owner let us fetch the keys before check in time because we were going to return late, just a lil after midnight
